We had no pets. The suite was tight for 4 people, with the sofa bed uncomfortable and limited access to the bathroom for those sleeping there. Many appliances were nonfunctional because of a non-working plug at the coffee/microwave station. Even with a working plug, the toaster did not work. THe toilet seat was stiff to manipulate. That said the other bed was comfortable, the heat was excellent as was the working fireplace and TV, and it was a great value for our family.

Staff not on site, paper thin walls is an understatement. A belligerent screaming guy below us, tried switching rooms however damage had been done. My kids were terrified from the screaming of the other guest and ruined our vacation to where we packed up and left a day early. Doing everything in their power to not refund anything. I tried leaving a longer review but I’ll have to do that on Yelp for the full story. Save your money and sanity, book somewhere else and READ ALL REVIEWS!

Staff at check in was great, room was very clean, great location....but the mattresses were ridiculous. They are old, hard springs! What a shame to have a great location and good staff and owmers who wont put a decent bed in a hotel !

It was a pretty decent experience for our first time and for a quick getaway for the holiday. Actually, it was great for the price last minute booking. Near lots of great restaurant options. Hot water worked well with great water pressure. Overall, great experience!

Small and safe place to stay. The place is not fancy but the room was clean, bed comfortable and good size for one night as a couple. Has a nice place outside to have some time in nature. Quiet place to relax. I would come back if you need something affordable just to sleep in after long walks runs and be around the city.

Cute but noisy.

Tucked in off the roadway, it was a cute little place. Noisy still, not sure what was making noise all night upstairs. Beds were short, I’m 5’11” and my feet hung off the bed with my head against the headboard.

Overall, my trip was wonderful. Great service, clean and comfortable. The one thing there is no air conditioning. They do provide a fan which worked well. I would have liked to open the window however there was no screen and the mosquitos were terrible. Would definitely return.

Covers the basics well

Last minute booking, and I wasn't expecting anything grand, but I liked the place. Quiet, clean, and the bed was comfortable. I'm a pretty simple guy, so it worked well for my needs. The price was excellent, and for people that don't plan to spend a lot of time in their room, this would be the one to choose. It's Big Bear, who hangs inside?

Our room smelled so badly that we had to go to the grocery store for room deodorizer, the carpet was stiff like it had been shampooed and not cleaned correctly, there were cobwebs and dust on the baseboards. there was nearly no parking and when we checked in we had to go to a secondary location to do so, and checked ourselves out via phone call.
