The location is good, the kitchen is decent, and the toilets work, but rental was barely adequate due to a lack of basic maintenance.
The bedroom curtains are paper-thin and don't fully cover the windows, waking you up at dawn. Terrible to sleep. The shower drain is completely clogged, leaving you standing in dirty water within 30 seconds. Impossible to take a proper shower. Also the lighting is a mess: harsh mismatched bulbs, fixtures that won't turn off, and an annoying motion sensor in the backroom that triggers constantly at night. Not recommended until these issues are fixed.
