Perched high on the mountain in the prestigious Moonridge area of Big Bear. This home has everything you need for a successful mountain retreat. Located in the Prestigious High Timber Ranch Estates, this spacious custom built home offers forest views and large windows to enjoy the beautiful scenic outdoor landscape.

LIVING SPACE - Spacious 2300+ sq ft home with living room, TV, ceiling fans, dining table, bar seating, a beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath. Upstairs master bedroom has a king bed, TV, and bath. Upstairs second bedroom has a king bed. Upstairs third bedroom has a double/twin bunk bed and twin bed. Upstairs fourth bedroom has two twin bunkbeds. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Gourmet kitchen with center island, granite countertops, stove/oven, refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Game room in garage with pool table and ping pong table. Board games and card games. Smart TVs with cable along with fast WiFi. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace.
