Full access to the entire cabin w/ the exception of storage areas. If you see a lock, it's off limits.

✦KITCHEN✦ Fully equipped w/ gas stove, oven, Keurig coffee maker (starter pack of coffee pods), french press, coffee bean grinder (bring your own coffee beans), electric tea kettle, crock pot, waffle maker, rice cooker, toaster, blender, cookware set, pizza pan, & Brita water filter.

✦BABY GEAR✦ Kids plates/cups, baby gates, highchair, DockAtot baby pillow, pack & play, mattress incontinence pad protector, safety cabinet locks for under kitchen sink, baby proofing outlet covers, toddler toys.

✦GAME ROOM✦ Arcade includes classic games from the late 70s, 80s, 90s, & early 2000s. It's the perfect hang out spot with foosball, TV, & board games for all ages.

✦MAXIMUM GUESTS COUNT✦ A maximum number of 7 guests are allowed. This number is set by the county and cannot be exceeded at any given time.

✦PARKING✦ There are 3 parking spaces in the private driveway. No steep hills to worry about.

✦PETS✦ Dogs are allowed. Please indicate in guest count.

✦FIRE PLACE✦ Located in living room. Firewood is not provided.

✦SECURITY✦ For security purposes, we have installed 2 exterior Ring cameras on the perimeter of the property. There is a Ring doorbell camera at the front door and a Ring floodlight camera at the mud room entrance door. Both cameras face outward and do not record private areas inside the cabin. The cameras are motion activated to record video & voice activity when triggered by motion. Recorded clips are viewed periodically and are not continuously monitored. Recorded clips can be stored up to 60 days. There are no cameras or recording devices in the interior of the cabin.

✦WINTER TRAVEL✦ Snow chains are required during the winter months. Prior to getting on the road, check for weather/road conditions. I recommend savings the Caltrans "CHIN" phone number to your phone, for up to date highway conditions.

✦WINTER STORMS✦ During big storms, the power can occasionally go out. We have provided rechargeable motion sensor night lights to illuminate the stairs, and an LED power failure night light in the common area.
