Casa Bella is nestled in a sought-after Big Bear neighborhood, a beautiful two-story retreat where contemporary design meets classic mountain charm. Featuring elegant hickory flooring and a bright sunroom, this home offers cozy central heating for year-round comfort.

LIVING SPACE - Spacious 2300+ sq ft home with living room, ceiling fan, dining table, bar seating, TV, free-standing gas fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 4 bedroom, 4 bath. First master suite has a queen bed, skylight, private bath with double-headed shower, and balcony. Second master suite has a queen bed and balcony. Third bedroom has a queen bed and balcony. Fourth bedroom (loft) has a queen bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crockpot, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

AMENITIES - Game room with pool table, ping pong table, leather sofa, and small bar with refrigerator. Board games and card games. Cable TV along with fast WiFi. Relax near the cozy fireplace.
