THE ATMOSPHERE
Even though LES HALLES is an apartment, it feels like a full private town house. On the ground floor, you can safely park bikes and store surfboards, and you will find a full laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. The apartment’s entrance is located on the ground floor, you’ll need to climb up the stairs to go to the main living area (there is no banister for those stairs so children need to be extra cautious when going up and down !).

THE APARTMENT
Upstairs the airy and bright yellow living room is equipped with a desk area, vintage couch and chairs, a flat-screen TV This room is extremely bright with windows on both sides and opens out onto a beautiful and peaceful 25 m2 terrace with ocean and city views. The American open plan kitchen of this holiday rental is fully equipped and easy to use, just like yours ! You’ll love to cook delicious meals and sit at the dining table with family and friends.

THE BEDROOMS
Indulge yourself in the cocooning master suite with its cozy carpet floor, Queen-size bed, wardrobe, flat-screen TV (for DVDs only) and marble bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. On the other side of the living room you’ll find two bedrooms sharing a bathroom with shower. The first bedroom features a double bed and the other one a single bed. Lastly on the upper floor, the fourth bedroom is equipped with two twin beds and sky windows, a confined and cozy place with plenty of space for fun.

LES HALLES features a beautiful terrace of 25 m2. Located on the inside of the building, it’s a unique place to relax away from the town's hustle and bustle and a rare find right in the heart of BIARRITZ... You should feel lucky !

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The biggest perks of staying at LES HALLES is that everything can be accessible within walking distance ! 50 meters from your apartment are Les Halles, the local markets. It's THE PLACE TO BE to wonder around, have a drink, chat with the local producers and of course buy their delicious unique Basque specialties. Please note that the apartment is located above a 24/7 vending machine. Some party-goers may use it to get a late snack so noise can be expected (it’s hard to choose which delicious sandwich you want !)
The upper part of Rue Gambetta has a lot more restaurants and the beaches are also a short walk away.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT CONDITIONS
Generally speaking travellers can check-in from 4PM-7PM and check-out from 8AM-10AM. Late check-ins can be arranged with our Concierges. For any check-ins or check-outs before 8am and after 7pm, an extra fee will be applied:
From 7 pm to 10 pm - €50
From 10 pm to Midnight - €80
From Midnight to 6 am - €120
From 6am to 8am - 80€
