Genevieve must have had her friends review her place because no ocean view can make up for the 24/7 outrageously noisy location. You will not sleep. The building is very poorly maintained peeling paint and dirty. The chair was broken, the elevator broken, the blinds broke and she blamed and charged us (they were very old),the towels had bleach stains, the kitchen was awful. Don’t stay here

Das Apartment befindet sich in der 1. Etage eines mehrgeschossigen Wohnhaus. Die Ausstattung war gut und die Beschreibungen passten zur Realität. Das Beste war der Meerblick, einmalig. Vor dem Haus führt eine Straße lang, das kann schon mal etwas lauter sein, insbesondere bei offenem Fenster. Die Fenster waren allerdings sehr gut schall-isoliert.Insgesamt würden wir das Objekt jederzeit weiter empfehlen.

Geweldig uitzicht, maar aan drukke straat.

Genoten van het uitzicht en de ligging van het appartement. Vlak bij zee, centrum, winkels.Het appartement zelf kan wel een kleine opfrisbeurt gebruiken. Ligging t.o.v. strand en centrum is prima. Alles beloopbaar qua afstand. Vanaf het strand naar het appartement is wel een flinke klim. Het appartement ligt wel aan een heel drukke weg, dus ramen dicht in avond en nacht. Geen airco dus dan erg warm in de zomer. Geen balkon.

Geneviève a été très accueillante et disponible suite à nos demandes. l'appartement est bien situé entre océan et centre ville. Idéal pour se déplacer à pieds.Il aurait besoin d'un petit rafraichissement au niveau aspect général. Attention toutefois à l'espace cuisine qui est exigu et il n'est pas évident de cuisiner sur les plaques .Il manque aussi quelques ustensiles de cuisinel'appartement est situé au 1er étage et la route est passante mais pour nous en hiver cela ne nous a pas gêné.

Studio bien équipé, idéalement placé près du centre ville, et avec une vue sur la mer et les surfeurs, dont on ne se lasse pas. Un peu de circulation sous la baie vitrée, mais cela ne gêne pas vraiment. Un accueil très sympathique de notre hôt. Nous recommandons tout à fait.
