The property is a nice 3 star but clearly not a 4 star as posted on the building. We enjoyed the fact that it was an apartment, although a little outdated. However, no A/C. Its downtown location is perfect to walk to the beach, market and shopping areas.

No one came around to give fresh towels, no air conditioning so very hot in the room (went in August). Check out was at 10am and you had to clean up room and take out trash yourself. Beds just ok. Good price and good location.

Well located hotel close to town.

This hotel was better than even we were expecting. We expected a hotel room only to find when we arrived that we had a full apartment with fully equipped kitchen, bedroom, separate bathroom and toilet and a separate living area with it's own balcony. Very comfortable and good service all round, and only a 5 minute walk from town and the bus stop to the airport. May not be preferable for those looking to be closer to the beach, although it's still only a 10-15 minute walk away - for everyone else, this place is a winner.

Great location with simple comfort

First, this is not a proper hotel. It is an apartment/studio rental place that is very simple. If you check-in during lunch time or after 8 pm you have to call a number to get access to the building which we did not know about. It was a little bit of a pain. There is not really good parking on-site but they do have a couple spaces for a fee and you must reserve them in advance. I thought the room was comfortable enough but it felt like it needed a deep clean along with a full remodel. All the furniture was old and the room felt worn. The location is excellent and right in the center of Biarritz.

Great location, if you don't like the walk book closer to beach. I loved that it was a kitchen unit and we cooked breakfast and made our lunches. The hotel doesn't have air conditioning and in summer months it gets hot. We requested portable fan and the staff was able to find one.

Extremely helpful staff and cleaning to a very high standard. Not far to walk to the beach. The apartment was suitable for adults with two children. The second bedroom was very small so not so suitable for older children and teenagers. Biarritz isn't the cheapest place around so the hotel may seem expensive but is in keeping with the prices in the area.

Just Lovely

Although the reception doesn't open until 4pm this has to be one of the cleanest most comfortable friendly hotels. Room cleaning is daily and nothing is too much trouble. The surrounding area is first rate with beautiful municipal beaches available to all. With designer shopping, surfing and lovely bars and restaurants plus beaches full of families with no arcades. This is one of the best spots ever it also has the plus factor of amazing tides and surfing.

This establishment has set a high standard that others will struggle to match. Great location. Comfortable and generously equipped room. Staff extremely helpful and courteous. They charge about 12EU per day for under cover parking but we were able to park in the street at front over the weekend for free and overnight on our 3rd day. Room was serviced each day. The only extra we would like is a washer dryer. Very, very impressed.

Ideally located for town centre and beach

We were very satisfied and thought it good value at the rate we paid in March as Biarritz accommodation can be expensive. Limited staffing hours on reception may be an issue for some who need assistance/information but was not for us, but we do travel often in France and can get by in French. There is some very limited pay parking at the hotel and street pay parking outside, plus underground pay car parks very close. The hotel is in a respectable area, on a side street just off the town centre and very convenient for numerous bars, shops and restaurants, and the beach also.
