Blundell family and friends visit during summer for Marciac Jazz Festival

This property is a beautiful old farmhouse with four large bedrooms, a brilliant kitchen and several sitting and dining rooms, supplies of bedding, multiple utensils in garage, kitchen and in cupboards around, and everything else needed including internet. Patrick and his family were wonderful, looking after us, meeting us en route and inviting us for lunch. The surroundings including an extensive garden for relaxing and boule, an old barn with table tennis, and a view of the lake below are all beautiful. The location is a little difficult to find as it is at the end of small lanes - a detailed map and instructions as to what to put in SatNav would be helpful. We have visited the area so knew about Super-U south of Maubourguet - essential for food and other purchases - but some guidance for others would be helpful!

Super séjour

Malgré une météo abominable, nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison qui allie charme de l'ancien et confort moderne. Les propriétaires sont adorables, chaleureux et ne savent pas quoi faire pour vous faire plaisir. L'accueil était génial, avec galette, vin etc. Au moindre souci, ils n'hésitent pas à venir ou à faire intervenir quelqu'un, ainsi qu'à "vous dédommager" avec un cadeau. Production d'eau chaude et de chauffage en continue qui a comblé tous les occupants, bois sec et prêt à brûler à volonté pour les diverses cheminées de la maison. Bien que non chauffées, la grange rustique et la salle de jeux sont un régal pour passer de bons moments en groupe et le reste de la maison permet de flâner, à plusieurs ou isolé, au coin d'un bon feu. La cuisine est très bien équipée et la vaisselle en grande quantité. La maison était parfaitement propre, les lits faits, le linge de toilette fourni, les produits d'entretien en quantité suffisante. Nous recommandons cette location et nous prévoyons d'ailleurs d'y retourner. Merci pour l'accueil et la qualité de la prestation.

Superbe maison de famille avec de grandes pièces, des extérieurs accueillants permettant de manger à l'ombre ou au soleil selon vos envies . L'accueil par le propriétaire est top, très à l'écoute et aux petits soins avec nous . On reviendra !

Très belle maison avec de l'espace et au calme

Nous avons vraiment adoré notre séjour de de 3 semaines dans cette grande maison à Bétracq qui allie la modernité du 21 ème siècle et l'authenticité du début du 20 ème . La maison possède tout le confort moderne et le WIFI , elle est entourée de paysages magnifiques dont on ne se lasse pas .Nous avons pu profiter des espaces extérieurs notamment du jardin ombragé et bordé de magnifiques arbres .Le Super U de Maubourguet est à 16 kms et la piscine de Madiran à 6 kms.Enfin nous avons particulièrement apprécié la disponibilité et le chaleureux accueil de Patrick et de sa famille .A recommander bien entendu . Nadia , Dominique et leurs 2 filles , Vincennes

agréable weekend

Très bon accueil plein d'attention du propriétaire. Belle maison ancienne pleine de charme dans un cadre verdoyant bien arrangé et bien entretenu, en pleine nature, au calme. Juste une nuit pour nous cette fois-ci, mais envie de revenir pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis !

Une grande batisse Béarnaise spacieuse et authentique

Si vous détestez le calme, la nature et les animaux ne louez surtout pas cette demeure typique du style Béarnais. Aucune pièce ne fait moins de 20 m², agoraphobe fuyez également. En revanche si vous souhaitez de l'authenticité, manger à l'est le matin et à l'ouest de soir et être accueilli par une allée de palmiers et des bambous cette maison de famille est faîte pour vous. Située à deux pas de Madiran et quatre de Marciac, elle est admirablement loin de tout et proche de l'essentiel !
