Rosewood Villa is a cozy log cabin at Presidential Mountain Resort, a historic 250-acre property in Bethlehem, NH. Ideal for families or small groups, this warm all-wood retreat sleeps up to 4 with rustic charm and modern comfort throughout.

Two private main-floor bedrooms each feature a king-sized bed, while the living area offers a plush leather sofa and electric fireplace. Upstairs, a versatile loft with beanbag chairs is perfect for reading or games. The kitchenette includes a full-size refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker with complimentary coffee, plus dishes, cutlery, and wine glasses. Step outside to your private porch for morning coffee or evening sunsets.

Resort amenities include direct lake access, communal fire pit, playground, and nature trails. The shared barrel sauna and seasonal bike and boat rentals are available for an additional fee. On-site massages available with advance booking.

Clean/all wood/cozy!!

Check in made you feel like you were at a hotel. Staff was very kind and helpful for anything that was needed. Staff brought extra pillows and blankets through the snow within minutes of calling their 24 hour on site manager. Great option for anyone looking to stay in the mountains with the comforts of a 5 star cabin for a great price!

We enjoyed our stay at Rosewood Villa. The cabin was in great condition, new equipped, great WiFi and with pleasant scent of wood! The communication with the PMR staff was excellent, they were very friendly and quick with responding to questions. The ski area of Loon Mountain is easy reachable. We can highly recommend!
