We absolutely loved this resort. The views were breathtaking. The cabin was gorgeous and clean. Lots of nice restaurants in the area, we recommend Littleton Freehouse Tarpoon and Schilling Beer Co. We would definitely love to return. Absolutely no negatives.

Bobbi Sue was so helpful and put us in a pond side cabin. My only complaint was the size of the shower. I’m not a large sized person but it was snug. Otherwise absolute dreamy location.

We stayed in a cabin at the Presidential. It was spacious, clean, well stocked . The beds were comfortable. There is a lake, playgrounds and even sheep and goats. The staff was more than courteous. They even built a campfire so we could meet our fellow cabin dwellers. The location is excellent for Franconia Notch and the White Mountain adventures.

TV not working upon arrival but was eventually fixed. Maintenance guys were very helpful. No shampoo and only a half empty bottle of conditioner in shower. Was brought new and full ones. Then heater was whining loudly and not working and since 30 degrees out needed it so had to reload car and change rooms at 11:00pm. Staff did try to work on things and did get us into a different room. Evening was taken up by all this. Room basic but clean.

Excellent customer service from Bobbi Sue! Wicked clean cabin and I felt like we were treated like royalty. Loved hanging out in the Adirondack chairs on the cabin deck and watching the wildlife in the private lake. Also, the outdoor fire was raging and was perfect for our marshmallows and s'mores sticks that are in the office! Would hands down stay at this property again and definitely plan to in the future.

The stay was awesome. We were there for a wedding and the property manager Bobby-Sue set it up for us to do an early checkin so we could get ready. The view was beautiful and we definitely plan to come back!!!

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful mountain resort in New Hampshire. It’s our number one choice for a peaceful escape. The place is incredibly clean, cosy, and well-maintained, which instantly made us feel at home. We loved how calm and quiet the surroundings were – perfect for relaxing and disconnecting from the busy world. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, just what we needed for a romantic and restful trip. We can’t wait to come back again. Cost for having pets was exorbitant. For being pet friendly location the cost of bringing out dogs doubled the price of the room.

This was an amazing and quiet place to stay. Easy check in and check out. Bed was super comfy! Great WiFi for meetings I had to attend while I was there. Great option for someone conferencing at the Omni resort and can’t afford the room! Thanks again for a perfect stay!

Log style cabin recently re-done. The cabin was very nice, clean, plenty of space. Nice snowy landscape. Would love to see it in summer or fall when the snow doesn't exist. Bobbie Sue was fantastic to deal with. I would recommend this place to folks spending time in this area.

Coziest getaway spot. Bobby-Sue was so, so helpful and kind. This resort didn’t fall short in any area. It was clean and well-kept. The cabin was heated prior to our arrival, and held heat nicely. Full size fridge and freezer, coffee maker with coffee pods, creamer, and sugar. Thoughtful staff made the experience so enjoyable. Daily texts with the anticipated weather and inviting us to campfires with complimentary treats. The bathroom was well stocked and clean. The comforter on the bed was my absolute favorite part, it was so soft and the perfect weight. We stayed in Chestnut 11 and the view was perfect. Staff offered to take our photo together when we stopped by for the complimentary waters and breakfast. Bobby-Sue thank you for making our experience so wonderful. We will see you next year where we are hoping to extend our stay much longer - this is definitely our annual winter vacation spot.
