Really appreciated the super spacious rooms and great service by the staff in making us few welcome. My son and I were in NH from PA on his spring break to do some skiing/riding at Bretton Woods. Dylan at the front desk and Scott on the floor we’re both super friendly and provided us with great local knowledge about the area. A really nice woman at the front desk whose name I never got was right on time with some complimentary toothpaste to save me running out to get some. These folks get it. I would definitely come back and I recommend this place highly.
Clean and front desk are friendly, most important, Pet friendly.
We chose this hotel because it was close to Canon and Bretton Woods ski areas and it allowed Dogs. The room was nice and clean and twe enjoyed our 3 night stay there.
I paid 350 dollars for a night and the room they put me in had cuts in the wallpaper, the door didn't close right, and the jaccuzzi tub didn't work. Generally looking around the entire property it looked like someone did a very very poor job of renovating, leaving things half done or sloppy. I had 2 friends staying in separate rooms and they experienced similar things in their rooms as well. NOT worth the price.
the staff is very nice. super cute and "updated" but also very clearly patched over. the floor in our room was VERY uneven so the flooring was bending. the bathroom door got stuck opening it from the unevenness off the floor also. just a little disappointed considering how much one night was.
Beautiful Lobby, super friendly staff, quiet location, the room was super clean! Even though we were only there for one night it was very pleasant!
It was great experience. We traveled to see ice castles and did nothing kind driving to stay at this place
