Great location, great service and amenities all around. We visit family yearly in Potomac area so this hotel is the best location. I hate that you still have to pay for parking but everything else is fine

When we woke up the coffee machine didn't work and then when I tried to call the desk, the phone didn't work. When I went down to the front desk I got the impression they didn't really care. Every Hotel should have a coffee service for their guests. She didn't offer me a free coffee or anything just said she would send someone up. I use to be a fan of Marriott but this was not a good experience.

We have stayed in this hotel perhaps 4-5 times while visiting relatives in the area. In the past, there have been only minor negatives. This time we both woke up with lower back pains. Perhaps it is time to replace the mattress.

Property is easy to get to, clean, has great staff and amenities. Overall, it is my go-to place when staying in the area. The food for room services was great and prepared quickly. Really liked the stay.

Staff was polite but not forthcoming with any answers to my questions about pricing for future long term stay. No continental breakfast, no access to coffee unless you have an upgraded membership. Onsite restaurant was expensive considering the area. Staff was scarce at 8pm. They do offer a breakfast buffet for $13. But it doesnt open till after 6am. Lest not forget about having to pay $20 to park in their lot.

Have stayed here twice, consistently clean even when the stays were a little over a year apart.

For a short term stay, it was more than we wanted to pay, but it was worth the extra dollars. It was close to nearby attractions, clean, nicely decorated, and the customer service was excellent. Would stay there again.
