The rental covers the provision of all linens to the towels. Bedding is scheduled for ten people plus a cot. Two bath / shower and three toilets offer maximum convenience to guests. The fireplace that opens to the kitchen and the living room will a special atmosphere during the few cooler evenings. The laundry room has all the equipment for washing and cleaning. The maintenance of the house can be seen in the rental and will be provided during your stay.

Week end entre amis

Un séjour vraiment au top. Nous étions entre amis avec de jeunes enfants. La maison est spacieuse , impeccablement propre, une grande cuisine avec tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner (aucun équipement ne manquait). La piscine est grande, les extérieurs sont très bien entretenus. Le village est à 5 min à pied. Ne vous fiez pas aux précédents avis, ce n'est plus du tout d'actualité. Je recommande vivement la location de cette demeure pour passer un agréable moment. Merci à l'hôte qui a été très réactif pour répondre à toutes nos questions et à Aurélie pour sa disponibilité et pour la remise des clés.

Chouette maison avec très belle piscine très bien située

Très bonne vacances en famille avec plusieurs ados. La maison est très bien, le jardin agréable et la piscine très bien orientée. Nous recommandons cette maison. Les photos de l'annonce ne sont pas très représentatives.

Bon séjour à Berson, mais maison à rénover

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans la maison de Jean-Pierre. Entourée de vignes et située au calme, nous avons savouré 15 jours de vacances en famille. Point fort de cette location : sa grande piscine (⚠ aucune sécurité pour les enfants en bas âges : pas de clôture ni d'alarme). La météo nous a permis d'en profiter et les baignades ont été un réel plaisir pour tous ! La ville de Blaye à quelques kilomètres avec toutes ses commodités et sa citadelle est à découvrir... Nous déplorons cependant que cette maison familiale qui a dû être luxueuse par le passé nécessiterait une rénovation dans de nombreuses pièces. En effet plaque induction en panne ne laissant que 2 brûleurs à gaz pour préparer à manger pour 10, un WC condamné, des papiers peints moisis et arrachés, 4 chaises longues dont 2 HS plus une odeur de fioul assez désagréable certains jours dans le salon... A noter également qu'il n'y a que trois "vraies" chambres, la quatrième étant sur le palier du premier étage. Les prestations proposées ne sont vraiment pas à la hauteur du prix payé ! C'est très dommage...

Horrible, logement non conforme et insalubre.

Logement insalubre il y a des crottes et de l’urine de SOURIS dans les lits, dans les tiroirs de salle de bain dans les tiroirs de couverts de cuisine,les salles de bains sont pleins de projection de dentifrice de poussière le papier toilette et des affaires sont dévorés par les souris. Plus la piscine est marron remplie de feuilles et avec des TÊTARDS !!!!!!!!! Les plaques de cuisson qui ne fonctionnent pas Le chauffage qui ne fonctionne pas Le toilette du bas qui est bouchée et le mur moisi La tonnelle extérieure en bois est effondrée L’herbe du jardin arrive aux genoux Le propriétaire habite en Belgique ne répond pas !!!!!!!! Un CAUCHEMAR !!! A éviter !!!!

Maison très fonctionnelle et très conviviale.

Nous avons passé, en famille, un très bon Noël dans cette maison qui offre de beaux volumes et un extérieur super agréable. A relouer en été pour profiter de la grande piscine. Un petit inconvénient : la cuve de fuel étant dans une pièce proche de la cuisine et de la salle à manger, les odeurs ne sont pas très agréables.
