Dreaming of a getaway that lets you leave everyday life behind? NautikHus makes it possible: a heated houseboat on the idyllic Töplitz Island, surrounded by the waters of the Havel – yet close to everything. Werder (the blossom city) is just 6 km away, Potsdam 10 km, Berlin-Mitte 40 km.



Comfort on the water

The 10 × 4 m NautikHus offers everything you need: 2 berths, WC & shower, a cozy lounge with a kitchenette, and a 10 m² covered bow terrace with lounge set. In windy weather, a tarpaulin closes off the lounge from the terrace, giving you more space to relax. There’s also a small aft terrace with a bench.



A top-class water sports area

Right outside Berlin, the Potsdam and Brandenburg Havel lakes await you – around 200 km of navigable waters, over 40 lakes, UNESCO World Heritage, and untouched nature all in one. The Havel connects Berlin, Potsdam, and Brandenburg and leads to the Müritz and Mecklenburg Lake District.



Booking & boating license

In high season, the houseboat can be booked from 6 nights (otherwise from 4), with an inland boating license. No license? No problem! A charter certificate course allows you to drive in the designated area. A boat briefing is included in the course and ensures even houseboat beginners are ready to start.
