A tidy oasis

The property is clean and bright and modern. It is definitely convenient to the train so it worked perfectly as an overnight resting before continuing our journey. The neighborhood is not scenic but the apartment was quiet and well-cared for. Loved the check-in video - we knew exactly what to look for.

Einmal und nie wieder

Die Ferienwohnung war schmutzig und das Beistellsofa bretthart. Hätten wir nicht unter das Leintuch sämtliche Decken die wir hatten drunter gelegt, hätte unser Junior überhaupt nicht schlafen können. Da es sehr heiss war in dem Zeitraum als wir dort waren, mussten wir die Fenster nachts öffnen, aber durch den Straßenlärm war es wiederum zu laut und schier unmöglich zu schlafen. Ich kann diese Unterkunft in kleinster Weise weiter empfehlen. Preis-Leistung absolut daneben.

Kleines Studio verkehrsgünstig gelegen

Ich habe dieses Studio gemietet, um eine Woche im Home-Office am Computer zu verbringen und Verwandte und Freunde in Berlin zu besuchen. Für diesen Zweck war die Lage des Studios ideal. Es liegt sehr nahe am S- und U-Bahnhof Neukölln. Diese Gegend in Neukölln ist allerdings nicht unbedingt ein Urlaubsziel, aber schon wenige U-Bahnstationen entfernt findet man nette Cafes, Restaurants etc. Das Apartment war sauber und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet, kleine Küchenzeile und Sitzecke. Die Internetverbindung war schnell und zum Arbeiten geeignet. Die Straße ist etwas laut aber bei geschlossenem Fenster wenig zu hören.
