Perfectly enjoyable stay in this Berlin Ritz-Carlton! Personalized and exceptional customer service. Close attention to detail in every regard. Gorgeous room with a particularly fun feature -- electronic panels that control nearly everything with a touch of a button or two. Luxurious bathroom. Extraordinarily comfortable and relaxing public spaces. Dined at the Brasserie Debrosses for dinner, brunch, and lunch, and all three meals were probably the best 3 meals I've ever had in Germany! Completely outstanding service and presentation, taste, and quality of food! The spa and fitness center were closed for construction during my stay, so they sent us to the fitness center in the R-C Residences. Wow! We LOVED the fitness center there! Gorgeous views of the city through big, huge windows. Apples and water "boxes." Pristine cardio equipment and weights. Chilled towels. It was divine. All in all, this was an absolutely perfect stay!
Nice and beautiful hotel with perfect location. Great Staff with special care to thr guest especially the housekeeper, Door Man and conceirge. Great and lovely Breakfast. Great Room, comfy bed, full Amenities set up.
Our stay was perfect from beginning to end. The check-in was very fast. Lennert took us to the Club (our reservation included the Club Lounge) where we checked-in and in no time we were in our Bellevue suite. The suite was beautiful and everything was in perfect condition. They had a very nice gesture of sending a bottle of Champagne and sweets congratulating us on our Anniversary. I must say that their attention to detail and professionalism was remarkable. The hotel staff is very efficient and genuinely attentive. Their service was impeccable. Everyone was fantastic: porters, housekeeping staff, front desk agents, Club Lounge attendants, Concierge staff. They always did things with a smile and cordiality. I want to give a special recognition to Lennert who took care of us since check-in and throughout our whole stay. Thank you everyone at the Ritz Carlton Berlin for a wonderful and memorable stay.
stayed for 5 nights. lovely hotel, newly built but a good balance of modern and old world. i usually prefer a firmer mattress but the bed was like sleeping in a cloud. the breakfast buffet is a must..so much variety and everything was of the highest quality. all of the staff i encountered where friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. although the surrounding area is charmless it was very convenient for transpiration. special kudos to Jan from the breakfast team for the lovely amenity and to Felix for solving my problem so handily. and also a big thanks to Daniel. would definitely stay again and recommend.
Great Hotel and location for visiting Berlin. Staff were great and went the extra mile to make our stay memorable. Acknowledged our Anniversary with a nice bottle of Champagne. Would highly recommend staying here.
Typical, albeit a dated hotel, with outstanding staff as to be expected. Outstanding location to tourist attractions. Excellent room, outstanding valet, excellent breakfast. My only complaint is most of the Ritzs in the US have coffee set out early in the morning before the restaurant opens for early risers. Not the case in Berlin. We were there on a Saturday and Sunday morning, and Starbucks and McDonalds, both around the corner from the hotel, were not open at 6 a.m. Had to ask front desk clerk for coffee. The cigar smoking room was a welcome addition. I would not stay on floors one or two on a weekend as there were loud events on the lobby area that probably disturded guests. We were glad to be on floor six.
I loved this hotel, is perfectly located in central Berlin, the service was beyond my expectations. We had an Club level room and I have to say it was perfect, the check in process in the Club was impressive, the club is very confortable and has good food and drinks all day long, after 10pm you can access to a part of the club that has a variety of drinks available for the Club guests. the location is perfect also, centrally located.
A beautiful facility right in heart of Berlin, close to most museum's and train. Mall of Berlin and Tiergarten Park a block away. Service was tremendous and the breakfast was outstanding. One problem was that they were renovating their fitness center and they website indicated it would close on May 15th, however it was already closed but no one told us until we attempted to go into the facility.
This is a beautiful hotel in a great central location for our first time visit to Berlin. Everything was great except for the air conditioning which was broken in one of our 3 rooms and operated below average in another room. Made repeated requests to get it fixed in the one room; was told it was more than once and yet it clearly did not work. Finally insisted on moving to another room which was disruptive and not the same quality of room. Bar area is beautiful and drinks were excellent. Live music on a Friday night was quite enjoyable. Breakfast buffet was convenient and good quality. Very helpful concierge services prior to arrival.
Great hotel in the center of Berlin. Very accommodating. Rooms were great and breakfast was very nice. No complaints would stay again. The concierge was great and made reservations before I go there. I was upgraded to a nicer room which was very nice. The bar is a bit drab which I did not like so I only went there once. I would have liked a restaurant on the top floor with a view. I would stay there again and I really enjoyed it. I also felt very safe there as I was traveling by my self.
