The Ritz-Carlton, Berlin5.0 out of 5.0
Recent guest reviews
This hotel maintains the expected standard of the Ritz-Carlton chain. The amenities, staff, and location were all first rate. We were always treated in a friendly and accommodating manner, even when we asked for a very late checkout on our last day.
The staff make me feeling like home every the first world was welcome home
The ritz was a great choice for our weekend trip. Staff and rooms where great. Location is second to none. I would go back in a heart beat.
We upgraded to a suite, while a little expensive, the accomodations could not have been finer. The staff was extremely pleasant, all in all a dream stay. The short walk to the Brandenburg Gate and the closeness of Checkpoint Charlie made having a vehicle unimportant. Sony Area had all the restaurants you might want.
The entry to the hotel, the curtain club, the finishes in the room, and the bathtub were highlights of the stay for me. It all felt fairly luxurious, while maybe not as luxurious as I would have expected for a Ritz-Carlton. Staff was courteous, but the concierge desk was rather useless. I can not say enough about the location being so close to all the transit options, a great little grocery store, and a few great restaurants. I would choose this hotel again if staying in Berlin. It would be nice if several of the materials in the room weren't stained.
