We went for Cocktails in the bar one evening and although were not staying at the hotel, were taken on a lovely tour by charming Robert dressed as an English Beefeater, who meets and greets guests at the Ritz Carlton. All the staff were friendly and helpful and I am sure if you stayed there you would have a wonderful time. The suite we were shown was fit for a President, who I believe actually stayed there!
chic, traditional, elegant and one of the most amazing bars in germany, but dont miss the restaurant too... or the breath-taking entrance when you step through the doors at the main entry and the team of concierges and receptionists are smiling at you. enjoyed the stay to the fullest chapeau ritz carlton
Everything about The Ritz Carlton Berlin is top-class from the reservation throughout the stay until departure. The service is the best in Berlin and they seem to know your needs before asking. Don't miss out the fragrance bar which is one-of a kind. Would highly recommend the hotel.
I took my wife here for her birthday a couple of years ago and we were very happy with the entire stay. Service was impeccable, down to the cake arranged in secret in the room. The lounge is on par, with a wide selection of foods and drinks available at any hours of the day. We still remember that stay also because we ran into Isabella Rossellini in front of the elevator at our floor.
On my first visit to Berlin i stayed at The Ritz-Carlton and i was impressed. The hotel is spotless, and very well maintained. We stayed in the junior suite #434 it was very luxuries and very bright. the bed was very comfortable and we had lots of storage space and closets. The bathroom is huge and fully marbled. The toilet within the bathroom is separated by a glass door for greater privacy. i love the fact that there is a smoking room in the lobby because i am a cigar lover. The buffet breakfast is fabulous with huge varieties varying from fresh bakeries to live cooking stations (eggs, crepes, waffles etc...) all the way to fruits and cold cuts. As for the staff they are the big PLUS of this hotel. Nazim the bellboy was so friendly and helpful everyone is smily and extremely professional in other words they will go the extra mile to please you. Location cannot be better a few walking meters from the Mall of Berlin, The Holocaust Memorial and the Brandenburg Gate as well as the German parliament. Love it On a Rainy Sunday evening i recommend the lounge bar, they have great snacks and wonderful drinks (Wine, hard liquor and champagne) prices are somehow high but after all it is a lobby lounge. I recommend this hotel to everyone who is looking for value for money and comfort. Ritz-Carlton my home in Berlin (Photos attached)
Visited Berlin with my wife for three nights just after Easter and stayed in this hotel in the Mitte part of the City, just a 25 minute drive from Tiegel airport. From the minute we arrived and were greeted by the doorman at our taxi to when we departed we could not have felt more welcome and well looked after. All of the staff are happy, friendly, professional, extremely helpful and a credit to this first class hotel. The hotel itself is classy, exceptionally clean and atmospheric - a bottle of something nice in the Curtain Club before retiring to your room is recommended. This hotel lives up to its rating and is very reasonably priced. Well worth a visit.
I recently completed a one-night stay at The Ritz-Carlton Berlin and was immediately impressed with the service. Lennard at the reception desk was very warm and welcoming. We had booked a Club Level room and arrived early, and he was kind enough to find accommodations for us. Upon completing the check in process, Lennard showed us to the Club Lounge and introduced the staff and then showed us to our room and explained the features of the room. The Club Level room was well equipped and was honestly one of the best night sleeps in my life. The staff in the Club Lounge were amazingly hospitable, a special shout out to Lennart and Valentina. While we were unable to take in some of the amenities due to our short stay, the location is impeccable for a visit to Berlin. Close to all of the important sites and with its location at Potsdamer Platz, it's easy to get anywhere in Berlin. Both my guest and myself enjoyed ourselves thoroughly and will be sure to return to this property when in Berlin in the future.
This was a true Ritz Carlton experience, luxurious and lovely. I booked this hotel while I was literally on the runway to take off for my flight. I thought, a Ritz Carlton has never failed me and it was a good price. I was extremely pleased with my choice. Great location, I walked to a few different must visit spots and had a lovely and comfortable stay when in my room. I definitely recommend this hotel for those who enjoy a top notch experience as well as being in a location that is easily walkable to both attractions as well as restaurants and shops.
A great place to stay. Just next to the Postamer Platz Station, so it is easy to go to Brandenburger Tor, Berlin Central Station and Berliner Mauer within ten minutes by public transports. The staffs are very nice, especially those who work in Desbrosses Brasserie. The breakfast is perfect, the food in there is an artwork. To the hotel : It is so sorry that many personal care products in the bathroom are "Made in China." I am Chinese and I come from Hong Kong. But I NEVER use ANY personal care products that "Made in China." I would rather to pay more to have something that made in other countries. You know the reason. Please don't provide them to the customer anymore, this could ruin the hotel's reputation!
I really enjoyed my stay. I stayed on a club level suite that was very spacious and with a classic decor. The club level staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very well located (walking distance to the Brandenburg Gate). The breakfast and snacks served at the Club level were very good and the complimentary beverages were a nice touch.
