Visited Berlin with my wife for three nights just after Easter and stayed in this hotel in the Mitte part of the City, just a 25 minute drive from Tiegel airport. From the minute we arrived and were greeted by the doorman at our taxi to when we departed we could not have felt more welcome and well looked after. All of the staff are happy, friendly, professional, extremely helpful and a credit to this first class hotel. The hotel itself is classy, exceptionally clean and atmospheric - a bottle of something nice in the Curtain Club before retiring to your room is recommended. This hotel lives up to its rating and is very reasonably priced. Well worth a visit.

I recently completed a one-night stay at The Ritz-Carlton Berlin and was immediately impressed with the service. Lennard at the reception desk was very warm and welcoming. We had booked a Club Level room and arrived early, and he was kind enough to find accommodations for us. Upon completing the check in process, Lennard showed us to the Club Lounge and introduced the staff and then showed us to our room and explained the features of the room. The Club Level room was well equipped and was honestly one of the best night sleeps in my life. The staff in the Club Lounge were amazingly hospitable, a special shout out to Lennart and Valentina. While we were unable to take in some of the amenities due to our short stay, the location is impeccable for a visit to Berlin. Close to all of the important sites and with its location at Potsdamer Platz, it's easy to get anywhere in Berlin. Both my guest and myself enjoyed ourselves thoroughly and will be sure to return to this property when in Berlin in the future.

This was a true Ritz Carlton experience, luxurious and lovely. I booked this hotel while I was literally on the runway to take off for my flight. I thought, a Ritz Carlton has never failed me and it was a good price. I was extremely pleased with my choice. Great location, I walked to a few different must visit spots and had a lovely and comfortable stay when in my room. I definitely recommend this hotel for those who enjoy a top notch experience as well as being in a location that is easily walkable to both attractions as well as restaurants and shops.

A great place to stay. Just next to the Postamer Platz Station, so it is easy to go to Brandenburger Tor, Berlin Central Station and Berliner Mauer within ten minutes by public transports. The staffs are very nice, especially those who work in Desbrosses Brasserie. The breakfast is perfect, the food in there is an artwork. To the hotel : It is so sorry that many personal care products in the bathroom are "Made in China." I am Chinese and I come from Hong Kong. But I NEVER use ANY personal care products that "Made in China." I would rather to pay more to have something that made in other countries. You know the reason. Please don't provide them to the customer anymore, this could ruin the hotel's reputation!

I really enjoyed my stay. I stayed on a club level suite that was very spacious and with a classic decor. The club level staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very well located (walking distance to the Brandenburg Gate). The breakfast and snacks served at the Club level were very good and the complimentary beverages were a nice touch.

This place has the decor and service of a five star Ritz. And the location is excellent! It's really in the heart of the city where you can walk to many places during your visit. The doorman was from the United States and he was exceptionally kind and remembered our names every time we came back to the hotel. The service in the room was excellent with attention to detail and the bathrooms had heated floors which were so wonderful after a shower. The only downside I experienced which did not warrant a five star rating was that my food was cold when ordering breakfast for two days in a row. No compensation was offered not that I expected it. Overall all the excellence of a Ritz with a small complaint

Visited Berlin for 4 days and was looking for a bit of luxury. The pricing was attractive and that made me a bit suspicious of the potential value, but it was really great. We took a superior room and they gave us a corner with double aspect views. all very spacious with expected amenities. Concierge was fantastic and was able to manage anything we wanted with very high-quality. The restaurant and bar are a bit dated, but the rest of the hotel and the location was excellent. Highly recommend.

Simply the best hotel experience of my (rather long) life. Extraordinary personal attention to individual needs. The glitzy decor is not really my style, but all is forgiven because of the quality of service, which starts with the bellman and extends through checkout. I will go out of my way to stay at a Ritz-Carlton hotel.

Comfortable, clean quite rooms. Room service, outstanding thanks to Maurice! Presentation was beautiful. Probably the best room service I have ever had! Staff extremely happy from the moment you get out of the cab to the moment you get back in to leave! Bathrooms were roomy! Bed was perfect for sleeping. Internet worked great.

This is a fantastic hotel. The building itself is modern and stylish, the rooms are large and well maintained, the food is delicious, the breakfast is vast, but, most important of all, the staff are simply amazing. From the moment we stepped out of taxi you could tell that this was a place where the staff were totally committed to making sure that you had a great, great stay. The bellhops/porters are fantastic, they simply couldn't do enough, the reception staff are willing and professional, nothing is too much for the concierges, the chambermaids are focused and friendly and the staff in Desbrosses at breakfast were so friendly and so fantastic. Travelling with 3 kids aged 4 and under is not easy, this place made it as easy as it could be. The location of the hotel is also perfect. Close to the sights, close to U-Bahn and S-Bahn (make you sure you check how many stops you can go on a 'short journey ticket'. We didn't and paid the price!). Nothing is very far away. There is also a large mall nearby that has a large food court and a couple of Supermarkets (We used the DM Supermarket). We love Berlin and will be back. Hotels like this make tripadvisor unnecessary. You don't need to check out any other hotels, just book this one. Any problems, get in touch with Isa, she'll sort it. Perhaps the biggest compliment I can give the staff at the RC is that I thought I would only get this level of service and care from hotel staff in SE Asia. Thank you so much for proving me wrong! One last thing, on our last day, one of the waiting staff at breakfast bought my three kids a large Easter egg each. Totally unnecessary but so generous and thoughtful. We'll be back!
