The check in was very quickly and the breakfast was great

First of all, this hotel is in a great location with access to the UBahn. There isn't too much we found in the way of eating places nearby, but being so close to transit that wasn't an issue for us. The Internet issue has been mentioned by nearly everyone and yes, the one device plan is not ideal for traveller's. We ended up purchasing the upgraded plan for 5 euro. While this was annoying and I feel should be included, the pay Internet worked great. My advice to the hotel is to add 2-3 Euro a night to each room for the Internet expense and you'd make more money and have happier guests. The front desk staff was efficient with check in and made the room to our liking when we arrived. However, we were not impressed with their concierge services. One lady at the front desk was flat out rude and seemed annoyed by our question about the UBahn. Needless to say we didn't ask them anymore. We did not eat at the hotel, but the restaurant seems very inviting and the food smelled good. It is a bit expensive though for breakfast. The room was small, but served our needs. Kept very clean and organized by the housekeeping staff. Quality products provided in the bathroom. Overall, a good, clean, quality hotel. With a few minor changes, this would have been all 5's.

brand new and very nice. It is located very close to the Berlin Wall memorial and is close to a couple nice clubs. It's a about a 25 min walk to downtown but super close to subway so it's no issue at all. Clean, safe, and extremely nice for the price. The only issue was with the wifi... It's 2015 and they only allow you 100mb of free internet per day. Would definitely recommend and will definitely stay here when I come back to Berlin.

15 minute walk to Unter den Linden and close to U-bahn Great breakfast. Modern, newly decorated rooms. Good value

Hotel and staff was great would stay again. WIFI in the room was slow but besides that hotel was outstanding.

Staff is great! Very friendly and helpful. It would be great to have coffee maker in the room but other than that great hotel.

The Tryp Berlin Mitte was a wonderful stay and very friendly staff work there. My fiancé and I not knowing much of the german language were openly welcomed in English upon arrival, everyone one of the staff spoke English making it a breeze to get things we needed (room service, ordering from the lobby bar or getting money exchanged at the front desk). Great all you can eat breakfast buffet, but it was definitely overpriced at €18 per person. The hotel is very close proximity to all the major sightseeing locations of Berlin, we were able to walk all over the city or if you chose the local transit system was basically right outside the door and went everywhere in the city for cheap. Another negative is the area is getting roadwork done and there is construction right next door so could be a little noisy at times, but other than that I would recommend a stay at The Tryp Berlin Mitte.

Good location very near to a train stop for easy access of travel. Large, clean rooms. Restaurant/bar available in the lobby.

Experience was excellent. The only down side was beyond the control of the hotel. Major construction is taking place on Chauseestrasse and Friedrichstrasse in front of the hotel and toward Unter den Linden, making a walk along those streets during the day very unpleasant. Fortunately, the noise us no problem at night, but it kicks off promptly at 7:00am daily. Proximity to the central city is great and there is a Ubahn stop very close to the hotel, making it easy to use public transit to get around the city quickly. The hotel itself is very modern and nice. The rooms are a comfortable size and beds are comfortable. Very nice bathroom with large walk in shower stall which I prefer over a tub. The lounge chair was very stylish but also very uncomfortable, unfortunately.

Reallu good hotel. Clean, good location and very comfortable.

Staff spoke fluent English and were lovely, rooms were clean, minimal internet was provided for free (slow and only 50MB), but unlimited internet rates were quite reasonable. I requested flat sheets because I enjoy sleeping under more than just a comforter, and the sheets that arrived were overly starched and only moderately comfortable, but I attribute this to my making an unusual request in Europe. Room temperature could have been colder. Even on the coldest AC setting it was only mildly cool.

My boyfriend stayed here for 2 nights in May. The room was clean, the comfortable and quiet. The location was good, right near the U-Bahn.

great hotel, clean rooms, close to metro and restaurants. really bad internet connection - if you need to work from the hotel, i would not recommend this one.

Room not designed for comfort . No comfortable sitting for watching TV. No coffee facilities in the room. Breakfast is expensive if not taken as a package. No drawers for storing clothes, smal items. Good for short stays.

Noisy!!! Unfortunately a big construction is taking place by the hotel and construction starts 6 AM, if this is not a problem, go ahead and book it.

Neat and clean rooms and Cooperative staff
