Didn’t have breakfast. Room temperature fixed and far too warm - hotel couldn’t change it. Blackout curtains worked but didn’t cover the window so no point in them - light came in the sides. Room was on the first floor overlooking main road - even with windows closed, one could hear and feel the u-barn train going by frequently and the cars. Staff friendly enough.

Great location, staff friendly and every thing was clean. Breakfast was ok ish, could have done with more hot food options e.g. bacon, cut up sausages and eggs seem to be the only option. Only one problem which didnt effect us much, we reported light not working in toilet in room a few times but was never fixed. Would definitely stay again though.

First off we were really disappointed in the bed. We booked a "Queen" bed which turned out to be 2 twin beds pushed together with seperate single sheets. I asked reception for a mattess topper, they said they'd check with housekeeping. Me and my partner essentially ended up sleeping seperately for 3 nights which overshadowed the trip to be honest. Considering the cost of the 3 nights it wasn't good enough to be honest. Also the one time housekeeping attended the room they didn't change the bed sheets, only folded the same ones over. Other than that Breakfast was good, lobby area and reception was clean and well decorated and the location was really good for U bahn and KaDeWe. Lacked a bar though.

Berlin Marathon - recommended Hotel :-)

All very good, clean and fast. Some light bulbs were broken but got replaced immediately. Area is fantastic - a lot of shops, restaurants and bars. I did run the Berlin Marathon on a Sunday and the hotel provided the option to take a shower in the afternoon in a separate room after check-out. Very good service!
