Stort, rent och nära tunnelbanan
Troligen nya på Hotels.com. En del småsfix på rummet men en telefonsamtal så kom en reparatör och bytte glödlampor mer eller mindre direkt. Serviceinriktade.
Det finns ingen reception. Det är en lägenhet. Man behöver kontakta uthyrarna innan man anländer för att få information om hur nyckeln hämtas ut. Det är väldigt smidigt. Nyckel finns i en box utanför porten och man får en kos som öppnar boxen.
Hotels.com måste dock bli betydligt tydligare på sin bokningssida när vi som kunder behöver vara aktiva innan vi anländer till hotellet/boendet. Vi hittade inte den informationen, trots att vi innan bokning läste all information mycket noga.
