This hotel is one I would highly advise to stay away from. My partner and I booked 5 nights for a double room, and found it to be wholly unacceptable. At baseline, the room is clearly outdated, undecorated, and not a pleasurable stay; however, to add, the bedsheets, including the fitted sheets, comforters, and pillows were filthy. The bathroom smelled of sewage at all times, a scent that filled the entire hotel room, and had mold growing in the grout. We asked to change rooms multiple times, but were consistently denied switching to a habitable room. The best they offered was an upgrade, but the switch would be 2 days after our check in date (meaning staying in our current, unlivable room for 2 days), and then paying an additional 20€ per day for the new room.
I will say that the staff were pleasant to interact with, but seemed limited by higher management in how they could resolve the problems.
Overall, would advise staying away. There are far better options in the nearby area that are only a few dollars more per night. This hotel is far too expensive for what it is, and any perceived savings are lost when dealing with the low quality of the stay.
