Staffing are so nasty. Room are so bad. Bathroom can't move in or even raise your hand too much nosies can't sleep

Stayed one night and was very pleased. Hotel hallways and elevators are a bit dated but the room was updated and very nice. Definitely would recommend.

Nice no-nonsense hotel. After having received a nice modern update for the Breakfast Bar and adding a lounge for evening hours relaxation and drinks. Overall nice and easy going. No frills.

Convenient to public transportation. Nothing fancy.

Great location, garage and room. Close to the train station.

The hotel was very simple and supplied the basic needs of visitors very well. There are no fancy amenities, but it is comfortable and very reasonably priced.

First impression was really poor. Reminds of an old hostel building, but hopefully are undergoing some renovation works. The most shocking thing besides of not a very friendly staff was opening the room. The smell which met me was awful. The headache immediately started. It was perhaps some disinfection recently or some painting works, but nobody seemed to care much. Well, for a short stay you could be there, but definitely not the place to come again.

The hotel is situated in the block of many other hotels, a little far from the Mitte of the city, hence due to its well connectivity to public transport the reach to city is very simple. The hotel is busy, and looks like old hostel inside, but more refurbishments apparently will modernize this hotel soon.

Shopping among all the 4 and 5-star hotels in Berlin, I noticed that they were pretty much all the same: bare essentials, same room sizes, strictly modern decor, etc. We opted for the 3-star Aldea instead in the end because the cost was a third, but the rooms were really not lacking much from their much more expensive brethren. Free internet was handy, location among the best for us. Free street parking around the area not that difficult either. A third bed for our child was easily accommodated. We will be back!

Easy location for transportation. Staff friendly and very helpful. Breakfast plentiful and varied with thermos carafes of great coffee on dining tables. Large dining area tastefully decorated with prints and a variety of plants.

It was a good location to just rest for the evening. Location was so,so. Room was comfortable.

The good part is: It is clean, well appointed, has everything anybody needs! The maid service was outstanding!!!!! She was the only person who said Hello and Thank you. The not so great part was that the bathroom is so tiny that I kept bumping into the door knob, turned off the shower when I turned around(with my rear end!) and the staff at the reception is unfriendly . They always seem busy and don't look up, from their computers. THEY DO NOT SMILE !!!!!!! NO FRIENDLY FACE to look at!!!!

This was a comfortable, affordable hotel room in a great location in Berlin. It is close to the Buelowstrasse (Bülowstraße) station on the U-Bahn line U2. From the station, go west and look for the hotel on the south side. Note that address numbering in Berlin can be confusing. This was a central location in the city that allowed fast access to many of the core parts of the city. The staff were friendly and helpful.

This hotel was great for just a few nights on a budget, but the bed was pretty hard and I found it to be a pain after awhile. The location was all right-- directly between two major subway stations and nearby buses to/from the main train station...but there's not much in terms of great restaurants/ going out possibilities right in the area.

the hotel was clean, conveniently located near Ubahn station, walking diatance to shopping centre, tourist bus stands and the zoo. The hotel were friendly and couteous.

+ near to U1 and U2 subway - weak wifi signal in room

The Hotel is good, the location is very convenient but on the second day I asked help to the reception clerks regarding to my bag witch was don’t sent in my flight and I don’t received a polite answer from the guy and lady working in the shift, the rest of the staff were super friendly and helpful

I recomend that hotel for all people.I was there for 1 night for bike trip around berlin :) was really nice and for LGBT it is good for parties near is a gay area just 3 min by walk .

Hotel Aldea in Berlin is a good , basic and quite hotel in the middle of everything in Berlin. Very basic room. Nothing fancy but very clean. Breakfast a bit expensive for what they offer.

good location near the u2 line. the room is clean, and they give you gummy bears. it is very loud though at night. i was woken up by groups of people coming home at 4 in the morning who were in the halls talking very loudly both nights i was there. it felt more like a hostel than i wanted.
