The house was conveniently located on a quiet street in Ocean Pines. The house was clean and the rooms had comfortable beds and lots of extra warm blankets.We appreciated the well stocked kitchen with the various utensils and appliances. We didn't end up doing any cooking in the home but it would definitely be easy to make lots of meals there with the amenities they had.My one suggestion is to provide a starter pack for things like toilet paper and paper towels and trash bags. We were aware that this was not included in the rental but it would definitely be an improvement. When we arrived there was about half a roll of toilet paper in both bathrooms which was only enough for about 3 days. As we were only staying about 10 days it would have been nice to have enough to last us for our short stay.We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend t his place!

Comfortable Ocean Pines home

We were pleasantly surprised by the house. It was relatively inexpensive, and better than what we expected from the photos on the listing. Very well equipped kitchen. All the appliances were new, high-end and there were lots of them. The beds were comfortable. The house was very clean. There is a very nice sun room complete with a work desk, a turntable and a collection of LPs. There is furniture for the backyard and deck. There is a grill on the back deck. There were nice homey touches throughout the house that made it feel unlike a rental property. The OP neighborhood the house is in was quiet and leafy.

Perfect family beach home

I was amazed at how clean and well equipped this home was. They really have thought of everything to make their guests comfortable. The property was extremely accommodating to my family. The neighbors were so so friendly and welcoming too. The home had everything you needed in the kitchen, board games to play as a family, and even had beach chairs and toys. We enjoyed our stay so much we might make it a yearly visit.
