Overpriced for a standard hotel. They built plastic sinks in the bathroom which are brown in the corners because difficult to clean dur to the surface. The maintenance is poor. The hose of the shower had a whole. If you clean the shower properly you would get wet. But they have not even registered the whole.
Location was good. The quality of everythig stopped at good enough
Very efficient and friendly. Sonja, the Concierge, directed us to incredible restaurants, jazz clubs, and sight seeing.
I would have liked a more fully fashioned fitness room on site. The one you have had the minimum of equipment. Barring that, an agreement with a nearby gym with free use privileges for hotel guests would be super (and probably even better.)

I stayed at this hotel with my husband and 2 kids. We got a family room which was very comfortable and spacious. The only problem was the cleaning of the bathroom, the toilet has some stains due to poor cleaning and maintenance and sometimes it smells a little bit. The shower was leaking water and the floor of the bathroom got a lot of water every time we showered. We stayed there only 3 nights, so we didn't notify this to the hotel staff. But overall it was a great hotel, the location is excellent, easy for walking or using public transportation. We had breakfast in our rate and it was very very good. All the staff was great and we will definitely come back.
A clean hotel at a great location — the two criteria I look for as a frequent international traveler. I was given a room facing the Friedrickstrasse rail station, which worried me for possible noises from trains. But the noises were not significant. Every major attraction in the city center, called Mitte, is either within walking distance or easily accessible via subway, trams, or buses. Will be there again definitely.
