Clean but low comfort.

Room was ok, but in on the 2nd floor curtains that letthe light through would have been nice. Also I missed a safe and a fridge. The switch for the bathroom should have been outside notinside. TV screen was rather small. Breakfast was ok. But the fruit salad could have included more different fruits. The orange juice was warm this morning. The bar was ok, but no draft beer only bottles and yesterday no one there to serve. Check out was nice. Staff was very friendly. But today I had to wait some time in the lobby and it was very hot. No air conditioning.

It was really nice place to stay at and easily accessible with public transportation. Only thing is that it would be difficult in hot weather, as there is no air conditioner or ventilators.

Hotellet ligger fint tæt på den hyggeligere del af Neuköln. Rummene er fine, gode senge og en god komfort. Morgenmaden var ok. Ikke i sig noget særligt. Men det er et fint hotel.

Ok for a night

The service from the staff at check-in was just terrible... Very nonchalant. The feeling was not "Hi and a very warm welcome" but "What do you want?". Room was simple, but ok. Not made with love. There is no free Wifi in the rooms.
