Great value for money

Good location in the centre of Berlin, everywhere is in walking distance. Room was large and comfortable beds. Free tea and coffee all day and breakfast is included which was filling! Eggs, cheese, toast with different condiments and fresh juice. Really welcoming employees. Couldn't fault our stay for the price we paid. Would recommend to other budget travellers.

Hotel is close to Berlin central station

Though without air condition, weather is cool at night time so very good. Since it is off the Main Street, it is quiet .

Cheap but in need of some repairs

Great location, but room was in need of some repairs. Shower worked but would not stay in position, it kept falling to face the wall. Chair at desk was broken and the bed was hard and sounded like it was about to fall apart when you sat on it.

Overpriced for what you get

Not very friendly reception, and bed was extremely hard - I like a firm mattress, but this one hurt my back after a night or two. In terms of the overall experience, I think this is closer to a two star hotel than a three star hotel, and was extremely overpriced for the standard. I wouldn't book there again.

Not worth at price you pay

I stayed 3 nights in that hotel. My Room was very small and attic. 2 times I hit my head to the roof when I got up .Old and small furniture. Everything is in small size . With the room rate don't expect fancy breakfast it's simple but OK. If you get a room in that hotel reception is in fifth floor which I saw it for the first time .You could find better place at that price. If you don't have time to browse it's OK only advantage is not very far from Central Haupt Bahnhof.

I stayed here whilst my boyfriend was recovering in hospital. I chose this hotel because it was 500m away from the Charite hospital. If I needed to stay in Berlin for any other reason, I do not think I would have chosen this hotel. The room itself was reasonably sized. The curtain rails were not against the window so light could stream into the room. There was no air conditioning which made sleeping difficult as it was boiling in the room. Breakfast was decent.
