Excellent value and great location

Hotel staff very friendly, the room was clean and spacious. Location to the U-bahn was excellent as well as the proximity to shops and cafes. One negative, the tea, coffee and sugar were not replenished after the first night.

Everything was wonderful. Beds were comfortable and warm, lots of space in the suite for our family of four. Two bathrooms and wardrobe space. They cleaned our room daily. Highly recommend the buffet. Excellent service all around.

Air con didn’t work, it was so warm in our room… but only there for 1 night. Very quiet area, didn’t seem to be much going on. Room was clean and spacious, lots of storage and easy access to public transport.

Great hotel in a decent area.

Hotel had a grocery store below it which was amazing. Close to a tram left ne as well as the subway which was also amazing. Neighborhood was okay, but walking distance to some attractions so overall satisfactory. Breakfast was delicious.

The Staff members were really arrogant, and I really did not like their attitude. So the reception members do not know even how to find your reservations, even if you have already paid beforehand, they can still ask payment. So, I can not recommend this hotel unfortunately. Very low category hotel
