- sehr hellhörig. Wir hatten das Pech, dass der Nachbar eine Party feierte, bis ca 0:30 h. Auf unsere Bitte hin wurde zwar die Musik leiser gestellt, doch die Unterhaltungen wurden in derarter LautsstĂ€rke gefĂŒhrt, dass es sich anfĂŒhlte wie im Nachbarzimmer.
Die BodenbelÀge sind nicht top, hat uns aber weniger gestört.
