The staff were very helpful and nice. Room is very dated but the bathroom was updated. Amazing breakfast..pay the money! No A/C but they provide a fan for the room. Hotel is right on a main transit line to the central train station.
Got this as a hot deal which promised some things....some delivered, some not( and found out at checkout, and had no proof of what promised anywhere). Staff was greet and it wasn't their error, as they do most bookings through other means! The Tiergarden itself is amazing for strolling through day or night!

I really liked this Hotel. The staff were quite helpful. The hotel is located on a subway line and, more importantly for a tourist, next to the bus line that goes downtown. There are several good and reasonably priced restaurants in the neighborhood including a good Thai one. Breakfast at the hotel was well stocked. The single room I was in was small, but had all the amenities one would expect.
Simple but wonderfully historic old family run hotel with very helpful staff. Rooms were simple but everything worked. The breakfast was amazing and included in the price. I will stay there again.
We stayed one night in the hotel. It's located in a nice area, close to major sightseeing. The hotel is located in the old and beautiful German building, which was restored to it's original beauty. The rooms are small, simple, but clean. The hotel has a close by parking, that was important for us, since we were traveling by car. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, we feel welcomed at the hotel! The hotel has an excellent breakfast , different choices of cold and hot meals. The hotel staff speaks English and Russian. Their recommendation of the restaurant for dinner was super! We enjoyed our short stay and would recommend this place.
The hotel is really cheap, so you think you are saving money by staying there, but it is so uncomfortable. the Bed is a joke, even no bed cover. the room is not clean, very dark and very cold. very loud. the breakfast was good only really early after that the eggs looked like mixed with water, but the rooms are so bad. and it is so far away from everything. there are only very few restaurants nearby. the staff are very friendly. I would never stay at this hotel again.
