We chose Hotel Romy for its excellent proximity to transportation in Berlin. Our first night was difficult because that room would not work with our physical conditions. The staff went over and above making sure that the next four nights were a pleasure. We couldn’t be more impressed with a front desk staffer than we are with Gabriel. He worked with his supervisor to identify a room that would best fit our needs and even escorted us to it to check it would work. Every hotel should have employees this caring and professional.

Hotel is right by train station. Plenty of local transportation as well. Nice little area next to hotel with food trucks. Music as well. The hotel is very quiet and eco friendly. You do all your check in by your cellphone or the tablet at the tony desk. Rooms are clean and bathroom is good size. Plenty of hot water in the shower phenomenal water pressure. Nice place to stay

This was ideal for our last night in Berlin. It was across from the train station which made easy access to the airport and getting around Berlin. Breakfaat was excellent but the rooms are compact.

Great location near the central train station. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was bit small but if you travel with small loguage it's perfect where you just visiting the city. Definitely will back when visiting Berlin next time

Hotel was overall nice. Coffee was included as being available in the listing, but only provided enough coffee for two days and then charged for additional coffee for in room coffee maker (staying for 5 nights). Staff was helpful with issues and room was overall nice. Very convenient to the train station and not too loud. Would stay again.

The room was quite small. I brought in a patio chair because there was only a stool provided. There was no workstation. I balanced my computer on my suitcase to do some work. The lobby entrance is very dark. The main advantage is you can walk to the train station, trams and buses. About 70m, very convenient.

The room was clean and modern with a comfortable bed, and the staff were friendly. My only complaint is that I needed a to-go container to take breakfast with me as I started out early every day to maximize my time in Berlin but all they had were large paper bags so all I got for my paid breakfasts were croissants & coffee. I would only recommend paying for breakfast if you have the time. Other than that, it’s a nice hotel.

Very trendy hotel for a good price right next door to the station. So many great options for food right by the hotel made it so convenient. The area is super busy, but the hotel was well insulated and it never bugged me while in my room. The breakfast was really great.

Across from train station, so perfect for early morning departure. A train goes from there direct to airport. Check in was effortless. The room was clean and had a lovely view. The area is extremely walkable.for all tourist needs. There is lots of food nearby. The air conditioner was nice, and the bathroom amenties smelled nice. Will definitely stay here again.
