Enttäuschung beim 2. Besuch

Beim ersten Mal hatte ich ein Zimmer mit Ostalgie-Charme und Fenstern in den Hinterhof(garten). Jetzt musste ich im Nachbarhaus in eine offenbar neu erworbene Wohnung mit drei Zimmern im EG. Zimmer und Bad sind sehr einfach, eher billig eingerichtet. Die Rollläden vor den beiden Fenstern konnte ich nicht mehr hochziehen. (Das Zimmermädchen offenbar auch nicht, so dass ich im Dunkeln lebte.) Das Bad hat keine Lüftung. Die Straße ist verkehrstechnisch leise, aber die Geräusche der Vorbeigehenden sind laut: 2 Personen unterhalten sich, eine Person telefoniert- Alles ist wörtlich zu verstehen. Die Fenster sind schwer zu öffenen und zu schließen (alte Mechanik). Eine kleine Stufe im Flur bräuchte eine kleine Leuchte, nicht nur ein Schild unter der Decke: Vorsicht Stufe! Auch über dem Eingangstor fehlt eine Lampe. Schade, ich werde hier nicht nochmals wohnen.

Dålig service, ingick fri wi-fi och parkering men wifit funkade knappt alls i rummet och parkeringen innebar att man själv skulle finna en plats ute på gatan.

det er en ok hotel med beligenhed til de butikker som man har bruge for om dagen, men meget kedelig udsigt fra hotel vinduer, meget ubehagelige senge og ikke så komfort , lidt ubehagile dårlig lugt i værelserne når det er lukket om dagen, men talgingæld gratis parkering for hotel eller i offentlige veje nær hotellet, søde personaler, ok morgenmad og rengøring

Godt hotel til pengene

Opholdet var meget godt og personalet meget søde. Vi havde et problen med badets afløb. Personalet fik det straks ordnet. Vi havde dog problemer med wifi som var ustabilt. Personalet mente at vores moderne smartphones modtagerantenner ikke var stærke nok. Desuden virkede låsen på badeværelset ikke. God morgenmad.

Dejligt "no-nonsence"-hotel.

Fint værelse med "value for money". Vi var afsted to voksne og to børn - godt værelse med fire senge. Vi var heldige at finde gratis parkering lige foran hotellet.

Hotel tres bien situé et calme.

Chambre tres calme et tres propre dans une arriere cour. Le frigo ne marchait pqs et l eau chaude etait un peu juste pour prendre une douche. En contre partie l hotel est très bien situé a proximité du tram. On est en 1/4 heure sur alexander platz. Le quartier de weisensee est tres agreable. Petit dejeuner très correct.

Nouvel an entre amis, hôtel placer à quelques arrêts de tram du centre de Berlin ! Quartier calme et fourni en commerces. Nous avions pris une chambre de 6 donc grand dortoirs, wc et douche dans la chambre . Service au top ( 6 bouteilles de mousseux devant la porte le 31 décembre !!! ) . Rapport qualité prix au top !!

Roligt område og nem adgang til m4 linjen. Rent og pænt. Dog manglede vi en elkoger så man kunne lave sig en kop kaffe eller the. Morgenmad var jo fra kl 8.00. Badeværelset manglede udsugning. Lidt bøvlet med 3 forskellige nøgler til at låse sig ind med. Parkering voldte os problemer den første aften. Man kunne have anbefalet os at parkere i gården da vi spurgte i receptionen.

La pensione e' locata nell'area di mio interesse, in quanto mi trovavo a Berlino per svolgere un corso. Per me la posizione era ottima anche perche' dalla vicina fermata del tram di Antonplatz, si raggiunge in pochi minuti Alexanderplatz, uno dei centri maggiori di Berlino. Le camere sono molto grandi, spaziose ed il bagno munito di asciugamani cambiati quando desiderato e doccia con acqua calda in abbondanza :-) L'unica pecca e' che la nostra camera, che abbiamo prenotato e pagato perche' a prezzo speciale, si rivelava scomoda da raggiungere in quanto al terzo piano di uno stabile senza ascensore!! La pensione e' a gestione familiare e quindi accogliente, con colazione inclusa molto abbondante, ma percio', come ci si puo' aspettare, non tutti i servizi a disposizione sono eccellenti: la connessione wifi scarseggia agli ultimi piani e la stampante della reception (per stampare il nostro biglietto aereo) non funzionava. Fortunatamente ci sono molti internet cafe' vicini.

Na początek niemiłe rozczarowanie: po pierwszej rezerwacji, która została anulowana, cena wzrosła o 10 Euro. Tłumaczenie - błąd systemu. Zamiast pokoju 4 osobowego dostaliśmy pokój dla 5 osób, więc nie jest źle. Ale jego położenie (wejście od korytarza w bramie i okna od ulicy na parterze) pozostawiają wiele do życzenia. Największy minus za małą łazienkę rodem z DDR z brodzikiem prysznicowym o minimalnych wymiarach. Przy weekendowym pobycie odradzam dojazd tramwajem do centrum - dla 4 osobowej rodziny to koszt ok. 14 Euro - już lepiej poszukać bezpłatnego parkingu w pobliżu centrum - my parkowaliśmy przy Schwarzkopfstr. gdzie w weekend jest za darmo.

Discreta pensione, per chi non pretende molto.

La pensione, non eccelsa, è situata all'interno di uno di quei palazzi della prima periferia della Germania dell'Est. Discreta pulizia ed una buona prima colazione, il personale cordiale e disponibile. Ottimo per raggiungere in dieci minuti Alexanderplazt con il tram 4M (fermata a 200 metri). Il biglietto giornaliero (6,70 euro) si può fare alla stazione della metropolitana in superficie, situata a circa un km direzione centro. Per chi si accontenta è una buona soluzione.

Kom til tiden

Vi var 6 personer der havde 2 overnatninger på Hotel Pension Streuhof Berlin (HPSB) i den forløbne weekend. Vi fik motorproblemer på vej til Berlin, og derfor ringede vi kl. 19.30 og fortalte på engelsk at vi ville ankomme omkring kl. 21.00. Det var helt i orden fik vi at vide. Kl 21.01 ankom vi til HPSB, og der var slukket og lukket overalt. Vi ringede på dørklokken adskillige gange uden resultat. Vi ringede til HPSB's tlf.nr. Der fik vi kun fat i en tlf. svarer der fortalte at kl. 8.00 ville HPSB åbne igen for henvendelser. Vi stod derfor nu midt i Berlin kl. 21.15 uden et hotelværelse. Den følgende dag tog vi tilbage til HPSB. HPSB var uforstående over vores problemer aftenen før. Der havde været nogen i receptionen til kl. 21.10 sagde de. Desuden havde man sat et stykke A4 ark op i et af HPSB vinduer, om at man kunne henvende sig i internet cafeen om gadehjørnet for at få nøgler udleveret uden for receptionens åbningstid. Vi kunne blot konstatere at der var helt lukket og slukket for lys kl.21.01. Et A4 ark i et af hotellets uoplyste vinduer kunne vi ikke se. Og frem for alt var der ingen der havde givet os den information, heller ikke i tlf. kl. 19.30. Overnatningen fra lørdag til søndag tilbragte vi på HPSB. Hotellet er sparsomt indrettet, og der var også lidt koldt. Morgenmaden var ok, men tilbage står generelt en oplevelse af dårlig service, og noget sparsom indretning.
