Overall property is nice and well located. TV in my room didn't work and they could not fix it. One night electric power in my room suddenly went off, they were unable to fix it and had to move me to another room at 2 am. When I discussed the issue with the management of the hotel the next morning,, they did not offer any explanation or apology and made me feel that they did not care.

Came here to attend a conference that was held in the hotel. Room service is excellent, reception staff very professional, welcoming and accommodating. Breakfast buffet is outstanding and dinner was excellent. A very nice hotel!
