When I checked in, someone of your reception asked if I have a breakfast saying actually 12 € for One meal, but that's 10€ if you have all during my staying. At that time I answered "no." But, I changed my mind after I left my luggage at my room. I asked another person of your reception should I say to you I will have breakfast? The answer was no. I understood that mean it's okay if I say my room number at the breakfast as I did at other hotels. BUT, how confused! The employee of your cafeteria asked me to have to secure my credit card at the desk on Wednesday. But that was wrong and the employee apologized to me. Nonetheless, again on Thursday that's my checking out day, the employee asked me to write down my name and room # and sign on the receipt of 12€ breakfast. After I unknowingly write and sign, I found out €12. So, I complained to her. Why 12€? Also, that was her fault. Eventually, I paid just 30€ for my breakfasts. However, don't you think your hotel has a problem? I was wondering if your hotel is associated with the cafeteria. How the hell can your employees work like that? How the hell can your hotel be operated like that? That was very impressive! Sorry!

Perfect location on quiet side street, close to everything.

Perfectly workable stay. If I go back I'll ask if they have different pillows.

Hotel completely match other descriptions and reviews. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

Good location to check point charlie but no refrigerator and hot water

Very nice hotel close to several turist areas. The mall is also close by. The service was also good. Friendly staff and very helpful. I really like thr decor as well. I had no issues going around town, walking and by car.

Very well located, clean, great internet and view. Very close to most avenues and attractions, 1 block away from metro station. 1 block from Point Charlie and Jewish Museum

nice rooms, average hotel, but in a nice centrally location.

The hotel was perfectly at the center of Berlin. A walks distance to important sights. The price of the hotel was unbelievable. I didn't think it was possible to get a hotel that cheap so close to downtown. The rooms were clean and cozy. A little small but comfortable for two people. I plan to stay hear each time I visit Berlin. The only thing parking is not free!!! As advertised.

The hotel is very functional, and the staff is very friendly. What is outstanding is the location: two blocks from U-Bahn, one from the Communications Museum, two from the former Gestapo HQ, two from Friedrichstrasse and its wonderful shopping, three from Gendarmenmarkt -a lovely square, surroundend by cafés and breweries. If your are going to be all day cruising the city, is the best, simple place to stay, clean, with good breakfast and easy to get access to the main sites to visit in Berlin
