Great Staff and Property
Weakness: Much far away from the downtown area than expected. Need to walk 17 minutes after getting off the metro. The swimming pool is out of service all the 4 days when we were there. Strength: The lobby is pretty good. The staff is friendly as well.
liked: great location, very good breakfast. very quiet and safe. staff was not very helpful. we did not get the room we reserved - we got a room for 2 instead of 3 and there was only a double bed in the room. instead of upgrading us to a better room due to the mistake the staff suggested an old room in the non renovated part of the hotel...
The property was nice. A little on the older side. We could not get the room cold enough. Mini bar had a chipped glass and also there were empty items in the mini bar when we checked in. I only notice because I put my store bought drinks in the fridge and pulled theirs out for it and saw 3 were empty. Not happy but I didn’t care because we didn’t plan to use it with a store the next block up.
We stayed two nights at the hotel and it was super comfortable. The room service was inexpensive and fast, they have a great pool and all the staff were friendly and helpful. There were taxis readily available even though there were a lot of things going on in the city. We would stay there again for sure.
