Beautiful Hotel! I hope I will go there again some day!
I have been to this hotel about 150 times the first time 1930
The Adlon is everything it's cracked up to be. Very luxurious, but the staff are friendly and so helpful! They upgraded us to a gorgeous room for our anniversary and sent up champagne! Can't say enough about what a wonderful experience it was!
If you get a chance to go to Berlin, do yourself a favor and splurge for the Adlon Hotel. It is old world charming in every way. Wonderful apa and pool. Great location. Superb staff. Gorgeous rooms.
Just perfect! What every 5-star hotel should be...
Best hotel in Berlin. Five start all around. This hotel is located by the gate and right across the park. I would highly recombined this to everyone, as this was my third time staying here.
Possibly one of the best locations, amazing staff, beautiful rooms and excellent buffet breakfast in Germany.
The Adlon Kempiski, is the 1rst jewel of the Crown assuming the imperial city of Berlin is the new Crown of the european capitals. Location, besides Brandenburg Tor is superb, you can go to wherever you want by walk, by subway or by taxi. Pool and fitness facilities also according with hotel rating, and at last but not least, the human factor is great, for sure we wil return back.
very good hotel hotel, nice staff..good location. service superb. Delicious breakfast. regular rooms, not too big.
First trip to Berlin as a tourist. Great location and service.
Wonderful hotel in a perfect location right next to the Brandenburg Gate. The staff and rooms are exactly what you expect from a 5-star hotel. The gym facilities could use a few more machines (weight lifting) but the spa was perfect.
I'll be brief and to the point, this is the best hotel experience I have EVER had, I travel a lot and have stayed in some fantastic hotels but this one is in a league of it's own. We have never been made to feel so welcome, the staff are all amazing, the room stunning, the gifts they gave us were so thoughtful and lovely. If you stay at this hotel and you don't leave feeling a little sad that your not staying longer with them you'd have to stark raving mad. Me, I'm a stark raving fan!
excellent staff, location, atmosphere. The room is normal.
impeccable service, great rooms, fabulous location for touring, only drawback was breakfast at 52.00 dollars perperson
The Adlon Hotel was perhaps the most famous hotel in Berlin during the 1920s and 1930s and featured in many current novels that take place during that time. While the original Adlon was torn down after the war, the new Adlon was built on the same location in the late 1990s. The hotel consciously (and justifiably) trades on this history and its combines "old world" elegence with sufficent modern conveniences to meet our expectations. The rooms are elegant, the staff very courteous and the location next to the Brandenburg Gate unbeatable. Hotel food is fine, but overly expensive with many cheaper alternatives nearby. While perhaps pricey by Berlin standards, our room cost was less than a standard business hotel in Manhattan.
I came early, the room was waiting , got an upgrade. Breakfast , $50.- bonus was included in the room rate quiet comfortaby and right next to Brandenbuger Tor
Old world elegance and service with completely modern amenities.
Phenomenal! Dining locations in the hotel are also excellent!
Great location, excellent starting point for visitors who would like to go sightseeing every day. Right next to Brandenburg Gate and close to Reichstag, walking distance to tour buses and boat tours on river Spree. Situated next to many embassies, it is full of important politicians and official representatives from many countries. Hotel is astonishingly beautiful and classy, with flawless marble floors and piano playing in the background. The restaurant didn't have vegetarian options for dining, but the bar in the lobby area had salads and veggie club sandwiches. If you are mindful of your budget and feel bad spending much more than you would next door, then you should be aware of the prices. internet: 27 euros for 24 hours a pot of tea in the lobby sitting area: 11 euros breakfast: 29-39 euros per person However, there are plenty of other dining options nearby and it's great to get outside and explore anyways.
