Nadine at the front desk treated me very bad ! Refused to change my room from accessible to normal without pay extra. Even when expedia called her it doesnt help ! Shame on you hilton ! Nadine attitude so bad she shouldn't approach any customer ! Looks like shes come straight from ARTEMIS club - thats where she work ! I want my money back she ruined my stay !
