What I liked: The hotel is in a good location and the parking is great. It has it's own barrier-ed car park which was awesome. The breakfast that's included in the room price was really good - you pretty much got everything you wanted. The room was spacious and clean, and it remained well maintained during our entire visit. Cleanliness is about 90% of what im interested in a hotel to be honest, and I'm happy to say that Hotel Arrival was very clean. What I didn't like: The person that was at reception upon out arrival looked like he wanted to be anywhere but there, and he was quite rude and not very helpful. The rest of the staff were great though. It was quite hot while we were there so I would have happily traded the TV we had for an air conditioner. The building's sound insulation was awful. The hotel is on a road that remains busy even during the night, and it was extremely noisy at some points. If you left the window open, which we really wanted to do since it was really hot and there was no air conditioner, you would be unable to sleep. You could even hear when somebody had the TV on or went to the toilet in an adjacent. When you turn the hot water on in the shower, the water pressure becomes almost none-existent. You literally get some water trickling down and that's it. It made for not a very pleasant shower experience. All in all I would give this hotel a 3/5.

It was clean and tidy. Staff were very helpful and went out of there way to accomodate us. Only thing missing was tea and coffee in room. Breakfast was fresh and varied.

The room was large and furnished adequately, but the paint was flaking off of the window frames and we sometimes lost water pressure from the taps and shower perhaps because we were on the top floor. The hotel location is good for transport and quite central but you sometimes hear sirens in the night. The free breakfast was excellent

Sehr freundlicher Empfang bei der Anreise!!!! Zimmer sind jedoch spärlich eingerichtet und in die Jahre gekommen. Das Mobilar ist abgenutzt und die Matratzen durchgelegen. Die Wände hellhörig. Auch das Bad hat dringend Renovierungsbedarf. Beim Fernsehen gab es immer wieder Störungen und das Bild war nie klar. Für ein 3-Sterne Hotel werden die Anforderungen m. E. leider nicht erfüllt.

Kurzurlaub

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen, ist gibt tolle Restaurants in der Nähe und eine U-Bahnstation. Es ist für Berliner Verhältnisse sehr ruhig, obwohl der Kuhdamm um die Ecke ist. Das Personal war sehr nett, das Zimmer praktikabel, sehr sauber aber sehr verbraucht. Die Möbel weisen extreme Verbrauchsspuren auf und die Fenster lassen sich teilweise gar nicht öffnen. Insgesamt benötigt das Hotel dringend eine Renovierung.

Es ist kurz gesagt ein einfaches Hotelzimmer. Das Bett ist okay, die Türen und die Fenster darf man sich nicht genauer anschauen. Einen Safe gibt es nicht, due Dusche ist eng und auch da sieht man das Alter. Es sind offene Nägel in den Wänden ohne passende Bilder. Tv ist da, beim Empfang muss man raten was es da gerade zu sehen gibt. Bedauerlicherweise keine Türschilder, die nette (ernst gemeint!!) Reinigungskraft wollte mehrfach in das noch von uns belegte Zimmer. (lagen noch im Bett, dies ist direkt an der Tür) das schafft Unsicherheit und Frust. Aber! tolle Lage! und ein kostenfreier Parkplatz!
