Stayed at this hotel in September with my daughter and son, who was running the Berlin Marathon for four days. Check In: Very smooth and speedy, we had arrived before the check in time, hoping to drop off our bags, however managed to get our room early which was great. Room ; Clean of a good size, bathroom was fine. Breakfast : 17 Euros, which some people may say is expensive, i think it was well worth it, the quality and variety was great. Marathon Special Pasta Night was great, good variety of food The location of the hotel is a short walk from Alexanderplatz, which has great transport links from the airport and getting around the city. You can walk to most locations within 30 minutes.
It is a very nice hotel in a perfect spot next to Alexanderplatz in Berlin. The rooms are not too large, but totally ok. The bed was nice, as well as the blanket and pillows! Very comfortable! The room where I was was very quiet - that was my request (they fulfilled my needs even though they never got back to my e-mail). The personnel at the front desknwas very nice and helpful. They reserve 5 stars! The breakfast was nice also, but unfortunately the personnel in the restaurant wasn’t as professional as at the front desk. I wonder if they were students or something... the same thing with the dinner. I really enjoyed the relaxed feeling in the bar, though. Mr Gucci (or Guzi?) was really much fun to joke with! Overall, a very pleasant stay! I can recommend!
You never get a second chance to make a first impression... that’s why the doormen or the reception are key! You will meet Professional and happy staff also in the meeting area and restaurant. The rooms are new furnished and clean. The food quality is great „Essen wie bei Muttern“: awesome!!! A total different story is the spa area. Uncomfortable and unfriendly staff (Massage lady).
Stayed in Berlin for the weekend. Hotel is centrally located with good access to the city. Shops restaurants bars and sights. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room were clean with great showers.
This hotel is well placed close to the trains and buses. The rooms are nice and big. We stayed in the family suite so our room was really very spacious compared to other hotel rooms we have seen in EU. The checkin process is smooth and so was the checkout. The breakfast was well spread and the there was lot of choice even for the kids. The service during the breakfast was very prompt and good for EU standards. Its close to where we get the tourist bus and trains. Higher floors is better since on the weekend the streets get noisy.
New rooms and bathrooms, well equipped although somewhat reduced space, lot of sightseeing within walking distance, great breakfast with huge variety of bread, fresh fruit, eggs...unique in Berlin for a 4 star rated Hotel
I haven’t read through any of the reviews below but As a young coupe (aged 23) I thought this was in a great location! HOFBRAU MUCHEN beer hall one door down which is probably the best and biggest beer hall in berlin. But seriously location is great with Alexanderplatz station a 2 min walk and we shouldn’t have but didn’t buy and train ticke or tram tickets because there’s no barriers and you can hop on and off. staff and hotel is lovely. Good showers, lovely rooms and beds. Only downside is not a lot of storage to hang clothes and my partner complained the pillows were to soft lol Apart from that would highly recommend
Stayed here for a business conference on a bed and breakfast basis. Room was good with good shower but lacked tea and coffee making facilities or decent satellite channels. Luckily I wasn't in the room that often. Food was good as was the location of the hotel. Reasonably priced for a short stay in Berlin.
Hotel is great location about 5 minute walk from the U-Bahn. Very reasonably priced and staff were lovely and friendly. Very comfortable and quiet at night time. Very impressed and would stay with them again.
The hotel was comfortable and well located. One issue, when the room is for two people why are there not two sit down chairs? One per person. Otherwise the rooms are fine, staff are friendly and the hotel is clean.
