The hotel was in a perfect location for our city break. It was surrounded by a vast amount of bars and restaurants, an indoor shopping center and an impressive high street full of well known and designer brands. There is an underground station right next door although it’s a short walk up the road the main Berlin Zoo station which connects to pretty much anywhere in Berlin. We also booked the additional privilege lounge which was constantly stocked up with a large selection of alcoholic and soft drinks including white wine, red wine and prosecco along with a selection food and cakes. The main bar is expensive, costing in excess of €25 for two drinks which is vastly over priced in comparison to other bars in Berlin. Overall the hotel is immaculate and furnished to a high modern standard and our upgraded suite room came with everything we needed and more. Highly recommend for couples wanting to explore Berlin staying in a prime location.

We booked the H10 for our 4 night break the hotel was lovely for what we needed just outside the metro station and a few hundred yards from any bus stop it’s also in a great location for shopping especially if you like designer, however we did struggle for bars. There were lots of Christmas markets within walking distance and all the other attractions were a bus or train ride away. Berlin was very easy to navigate around. The hotel looks like it has recently been refurbished to a very contemporary modern standard. We did not eat in the hotel there was a few good places to get breakfast just outside. The bar was as usual overpriced! The only negative was that the room was extremely hot and we could not turn it down other than that a pleasant visit to the H10.

We stayed at the H10 hotel just for one night with our kids. The hotel is perfectly situated nearby all the main department stores (like KaDeWe) and luxury boutiques. The hotel itself is rather basic and does not really feel homy. Our apartment was basic and we had a sad view on a brick wall. In the evening the restaurant only serves a couple of tables in the lobby of the hotel, not cosy either. Breakfast is basic. Tables are put too closely to one another as well.

We stayed over 3 nights from the 17th December. Booked through Voyage Prive. Enjoyable stay. Room very simple, modern and clean. Really nice bathroom. Great location, convenient for rail, u-bahn and tour buses. Staff very helpful. Breakfast had a lot of choice. We'd definitely stay again.

Stayed at H10 for 4 nights from 20th December. The hotel's in a good location. First impressions decent although not startling. The reception was up some stairs and not visible from street entrance. The room was very clean but very sterile and didn't think the hotel had much atmosphere . I was devastated being a coffee drinker that there were no coffee making facilities in the room. Nor was there any kind of welcome pack and nor was there any information whatsoever in the room about Berlin ! A bit of a let down I felt in a hotel of this star rating to be so lacking in any personal touches . I returned to reception and asked about the coffee / kettle but the man behind the desk, pleasant enough, couldn't decide whether there should be a coffee making machine in the room or not. I asked the same question at the restaurant the next morning and got no further forward either. A small quibble but a deal breaker for me. Other than that the breakfast was good and plenty of choice. Probably wouldn't return as a bit too impersonal for me.

We have just got back after having stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. We had a holiday with BA and this was one of their recommended hotels. We paid extra for a Privilege room and that was well worth the money - it was lovely to be able to relax after a meal in the evening and have drinks and snacks free of charge. All staff were very friendly, especially Marco on the front desk. Hotel is really well located - 5 stops on the X9 bus from the airport and then a 5-10 min walk from the zoo. There is a U station right next door but we did most travel from the zoo. We stayed on the 7th floor and even though our room was right behind the lifts it was extremely quiet. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom a good size. Breakfast was included in our package and it was extensive. We didn't need to have lunch during the day as there was so much on offer at breakfast. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I came back to Berlin.

This is the second time that we have stayed in this hotel and will definitely return on our next visit to Berlin. All of the staff are very helpful, friendly and courteous. It's ideally located, on a not too busy road, near to the centre of what was "West" Berlin and there are plenty attractions within walking distance. There is also a U-bahn station just outside of the door which is great. The rooms are clean, comfortable and have everything you need during your stay. We thought that at €19 per person breakfast was expensive, but haven't breakfasted in a cafe nearby, the hotel price is very reasonable. The choice is extensive and it's self-service. You can if you wish elect to have the small breakfast which at €7.50 is excellent value for money. We ate on two occasions in the hotel's Salt and Pepper restaurant, and whilst the choice is very limited the quality of the food served to us was very good, nicely presented and delicious. Unfortunately on both occasions very few people were dining so it made the room seem large and soulless, but that shouldn't put anyone off. I have already said how friendly the staff are, and when we discovered that our flight had been cancelled and we had to stay over for two extra nights, it was organised immediately without fuss and very professionally. Marco on reception is very knowledgeable (as are his colleagues) and his recommendation of restaurant is well worth seeking. We will definitely be staying at this hotel on our next visit to Berlin - out of nearly 20 visits this is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at the city. It's worth taking out Club H10 Membership to get a discount!

Our flight arrived a few hours earlier than check in, however our room was ready for when we got there after an email to the hotel the day before. check in was relatively quick and very easy. reception staff spoke very good English and were very helpful and knowledgeable. we had a junior suite, which was fabulous and very spacious, one large double bed and one very comfortable sofa bed. the room was spotlessly clean and had everything we could need. kettle, micowave, fridge, small freezer area, sink and plenty of cupboard space in the kitchen. large wardrobe, with hangers and a free safe. table and chairs. the bathroom was lovely and very modern. big mirror with lights, hairdryer, bath tub and a good shower. the only thing i could criticise was that there was no lock on the bathroom door, as it was a modern glass door, this didnt really matter to us as we are close friends but could matter to other people. when we checked in there was a small stocking filled with christmas chocolate as a gift, which was a lovely touch. location wise, it was brilliant. surrounded by restaurants, shops and next door to the hotel is the underground station which takes you right to the centre. just a 5 minute walk away from the main train station and 2 minutes around the corner is a beautiful Christmas market! would 100% both stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the city.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Hotel is really central, walking distance from the zoo an shopping areas. Entrance to the subway next to the building. Bathroom quality excellent and bed was really comfortable. Only minus is the price of breakfast, at 19 euros. But we found great breakfast cafes close by.

The design is modern and fresh, the breakfast for all tastes - all you can eat, the staff was overfriendly, the amenities - could not wish for anything more! Thie stay was truly remarkable and beautiful! The room was quiet and the location is close to the main shopping stree Ku'damm and Berlin Zoo.
