BAD SERVICE !!! Staff is very rude. Never say hello. After changing to another room with lots of problems in it they refuse to change to another ! No maintenance at sunday ! What ???? Almost no english channels on tv. Staff not professional and rude. Will not seek nothing to make you feel welcome. I ask to talk to the general manager and he didnt contact me at my room. Avoided me. Only send me emails that he is very sorry and will prove the staff .... what ? This place management is A JOKE ! If you want to be safe ..avoid this place !
Good location. Wonderful staff at front desk. Nice room. Good a/c if a bit erratic. Good WiFi. Cleaning staff could have been more thorough. Good cocktails in the lobby bar. The breakfast cost (16 euro) is ridiculous, though. Not worth it at all.
Modern and nice looking hotel. Very centrally located. Room was spacious, bright and quiet. Large desk. Bathroom was very pleasant and bed fine (typical for Germany). Staff was okay. The lounge is a nice space to work and meet. It’s not the same as executive level lounges in big brand hotels. Would go back.
