This modern hotel is friendly, clean and convenient. The rooms are large and comfortable. The bar has the cheapest beer I found in Berlin. The only thing I didn't like was the breakfast menu which stipulated it only included one cup of coffee!
Stayed at the H10 for long weekend in Berlin. Well situated if you want to sight see Berlin. Close to U Bahn and bus Links. Excellent room; clean and modern. Staff all seem cheerful. Definitely would stay a the H10 again.
I stayed in H10 Berlin for 5 Nights for business, it was in good location 1 min from the U1 line and close by to nice restaurants. Hotel room was ok, maintenance can be better but overall it was fine, breakfast cost 19 EURO per person is ok but expensive.
H10 is an outstanding hotel. The staff were all very nice. From the staff at the front desk to the staff at the restaurant, they all had smiles and were eager to help. The location is fantastic ! We traveled all around Berlin and even outside using the railways and there are several to choose from close to the hotel. The breakfast was excellent. They have a wide variety of food to choose from and who can pass up a freshly made cappuccino... the room was spacious, clean and very modern. The beds were very comfortable... we did visit the spa... they have a sauna, steam room, relaxing room, foot soak area and warm benches. They even had robes to use while there, great touch! My family and I highly recommend this hotel ! We stayed in June 2017 for 8 nights.
Hotel H10 is a four star hotel. Rooms are well maintained, the bathrooms are good. Service is perfect. The hotel staff was smiling and helpful, always. Location is perfect. Just next to the hotel is the U station (metro station) and a one minute walk takes us to the bus stop. We use public transport extensively, therefore the easy access was a very big advantage. Location and superb service make this a hotel to come again and again to. As we enter the Hotel, we are greeted by a large, well lit and cheerful lobby. That pleasant start continues throughout the stay.
Beautifull hotel - the lobby is over the top, the service already with the nice and smilling bell-hop at the doors - the multilanguage speaking reception staff - the fresh lime water and fruits while checking in And then the beautifull and classy rooms with excellent room service - fresh towels, soap, etc. etc. all daily refreshed. Good WIFI able to stream 3 x netflix at the same time. Location is right at Kurfursten-damm and we didn't experience any real noise - either from the street or other rooms. If you like class and quality, then this is a perfect choice.
I stayed here three night for business. The hotel was clean, staff friendly. The room had air conditioning which was a plus. My room was facing the back were the fire department was so I did not want to sleep with the windows open. The u bahn train is just outside the hotel so getting to all of the tourists attractions is easy. The hotel is next to a famously shopping street and the zoo so you have all that you need. The room has a mini bar which has room for me to put some yogurt and water. They also supply all the amenities you need including a comb, toothpaste and toothbrush. Wifi is free and I received codes upon check in for 2 devices. I would definitely return here again.
My husband and I stayed here for 3-nights in late May. We had requested a quiet room and were super happy with room 625! The room was fairly large, with a good-sized closet, mini-bar fridge, safe and decent bathroom. Our room didn't come with bathrobes or slippers but they are available in the spa downstairs (floor -1, which is only accessible from one of the elevators). The spa has a steam room, dry sauna, cold shower, foot tubs and a relaxation area. They were all very clean and well kept and such a treat to visit after a long day. The breakfast buffet was really large with everything you could possibly want and they set-up a chef in the room to make fresh omelets and the likes. The hotel is set-up for business travelers, conference/meeting attendees, and tourist as it's close to the main shopping area, the Zoo Bahnhof (Zoo train station), and tons of restaurants. Overall we were happy with our stay at this hotel.
Rooms are average size for a hotel room, there is a desk and closet in the room. Bed was comfortable, there is AC in the room. Oddly ours would turn off each night at 11:00pm, perhaps that's a centrally controlled energy saving feature, but the room would heat up after that, luckily we didn't retire until after 11:00 pm so we turned it back on for the overnight. The room would cool but never get cold (couldn't get below 18C), for those like me that like a freezing cold room for being cozy under the feather bed provided. There is a safe provided in the room along with a hairdryer. The rooms were quiet, except when other doors on the floor were closed, that sound did reverberate to our room. The bathroom is half glass covered in a mural that you can't really see through, however if you get up during the night to use the bathroom and require the use of the light, it will broadcast into the rest if the room through this glass. The location is amazing, perhaps 10 steps to the U-Bahn or 5 minute walk to the S-Bahn, we felt safe on this neighborhood, lots of travelers on the streets. In fact there was a police officer stationed across the street from the hotel whenever we entered or exited, seemed unnecessary but nice to have, it may have been related to the synagogue a block over, according to the front desk folks. The front desk spoke excellent English, which was really nice, they were very helpful whenever we needed anything. Breakfast was included in our reservation, but it runs about €20 per person if not. That seemed steep but it was outstanding. Tons of options in the buffet including: breads, vegetables, fruit, eggs, yogurts, meats, cereals, cheeses, fresh juices (our fav was kiwi/banana, not just juice but was a thick blended concoction, delish!). Sunday they had sparkling wine, but we never saw it again during the week. On occasion there was someone making omelets, but it was hit and miss and the process was too slow to wait even when operating. If you don't get breakfast here, don't fret, there is a Solomon Bagels immediately across the street with a sign saying breakfast us swerved, we never tried it however. Pro tips: the shower is 1/2 enclosed in glass, that glass piece swivels...swivel it just a touch toward the tub to avoid major water spillage on the floor. Also, point the shower head ever so slightly towards the wall.
