The entrance and access to the rooms was dirty and unwelcoming. There was a lot of noise from delivery trucks and garbage trucks. There was no reception to speak of and this made it difficult to organise anything like taxis etc to get around. Extremely rude and arrogant manager who swore and used foul language when we made a comment that he was not very helpful or courteous. The place itself once passed the entrance was lovely but there was no lift and no help with luggage up the stairs. Would not stay there again.

Schade, dass entgegen der vorherigen Aussage gegenüber Verwandten nicht einmal Kaffee zur Verfügung stand. Andere Hotels in Berlin bieten sogar Frühstück

Die realität war weit weg von den Bildern im Internet. Nur ein Stuhl für 2 Personen. Man bemüht sich etwas das Zimmer sauber zu halten. Die Ränder an der Dusche sind jedoch nicht zu übersehen. Durch die dicken Steigrohre für die Heizung ist es im Zimmer zu warm. Für Berliner verhältnisse ist das Zimmer günstig.

Es war okay

Direkt nach der Ankunft stellten wir fest, dass die Tür zu unserem Badezimmer nicht zuging. Wir meldeten dies umgehend bei der Rezeption. Dort hieß es, dass der Schaden erst am Sonntag behoben werden könne.... wir haben uns damit erstmal abgefunden. Da aber leider meine Bettwäsche stark nach Zigarettenrauch gerochen hat, haben wir uns beim auschecken nochmal Luft gemacht, der Wirt kam uns daher etwas entgegen. Abgesehen davon war das Hotel sehr schön, ruhig und in einer guten Lage, das Zimmer außerdem sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr gut, trotz der kleinen Auswahl.

Could be better.

I booked three beds in a room for me and my teenagers (full price) , but we got two beds and a sofa bed - short (about 1.70), hard and bumpy, plus stale and smelled Horrible. Wifi very poor in our room, only worked next to our room door! The staff were certainly nice, but when we complained they could not do anything either to the sofa or wifi. Very disappointed! No elevator, you carry yourself up the bags. All doors - entrance, floor and room door - must be locked and unlocked with a key, a real fire trap! Old but clean otherwise and close to the U- bahn. Good breakfast, but it was not included in the price. Would rather say that this is an old guest house rather than hotel! Jag bokade tre sängar i ett rum för mig och mina tonåringar (fullpris), men vi fick två sängar och en utbäddad bäddsoffa - kort (ca 1,70), hård och gropig, dessutom unken och luktade. Förfärligt. Wifi mycket dåligt i vårt rum, fungerade endast intill vår rumsdörr! Personalen var visserligen trevlig, men när vi klagade kunde de inte göra något varken åt soffan eller wifi. Väldigt besviken! Ingen hiss, man bär själv upp sina väskor. Alla dörrar - entre, våningsplan och rumsdörr - måste låsas och låsas upp med nyckel, en verklig brandfälla! Gammalt men rent för övrigt och nära U-bahn. Bra frukost, men den ingick inte i priset. Skulle snarare säga att detta är ett gammaldags pensionat snarare än hotell!

Veramente ben posizionato, vicino alla Ubahn, ristorante italiano nelle vicinanze con wifi gratuito, anche nell'hotel c'è il wifi gratuito ma non copre tutte le zone. I letti sono comodi, anche la doccia è confortevole, il livello di pulizia medio alto. Ti danno le chiavi da portare con te, quindi puoi tornare a che ora vuoi senza passare per la recepsion. Vicino anche un supermarket, tabaccaio, ristoranti e fast food. Nella stanza anche armadio, luce da letto, finestra, balcone, poltrona, tv. Io ci tornerei.

Tæt på U-bahn

Bliver mødt af venlig receptionist. Har fravalgt morgenmad og parkering da det var for dyrt. Hotellet er en gammel og slidt lejlighedsopgang, hvilker det tydeligt bærer præg af. Skuffende. Værelset lyst, pænt. Rengøring ok. Manglede aircondition da der var meget varmt. Madrasser for hårde. Brugser umulig at indstille (var ved at blive kogt indimellem). Ville være skønt med en elkoger og et par kopper. Gardiner svære at trække for da de sad 3 meter oppe. Dækkede ikke helt for vinduerne. Hotellet ligger dejlig tæt på U-Bahn og derfor nemt at komme rundt i byen og til seværdigheder. Mange små restauranter og indkøbsmuligheder i nærheden.

Bra hotell!

Det var ett bra hotell, trevlig personal och enkelt att hitta till då tunnelbanan och flera buss stationer var närliggande. Snabbt gick det att åka till Berlin Zoo som var anledningen till att vi valde detta hotell och dess närhet till Europa center. Tråkig sikt mot innergården däremot då huset såg ut att nästan rasera och soptunnor var det roligaste att se där. Men det var ett bra hotell tycker jag i allmänhet

Das Einchecken funktionierte schon erheblich früher noch vor 13.00 Uhr und so hatten wir noch eine Stunde Pause auf dem Zimmer. Das AC DC Konzert am Abend im Olympiastadion war ebenfalls perfekt. Das Zimmer und die Nasszelle waren sauber. Super Preis / Leistungsverhältnis. Das Frühstück für 5 Euro pro Person war sehr gut und umfangreich. Wir würden dort wieder buchen.

Brusekabine direkte i værelset og fælles lokum.

Fælles toilet på gangen og brusekabine i værelset trækker klart ned på indtrykket. Men tror også vi fik et af de dårlige værelser! Men man får hvad man betaler for. Ellers lå det tæt på U-bahn i roligt område.

Dejligt Hotel tæt på alting.

Var afsted 2 voksne og ti teenage drenge. Dejligt hotel, 25 min. gang til shoppegaden.. Meget stort værelse til 4 mennesker, rent og pænt. Personalet var flinke og hjælpsomme. Morgenmaden var ok ikke et kæmpe buffe men der var alt hvad vi spiste. Ingen internet på værelset men i morgenmadsresturanten var der. Kommer der bestemt igen. Man få parkeringsbillet af hotellet og kan parkere udenfor. ligger tæt på u.bahen.
