Wir kommen nicht wieder!

Die Gegend und das Haus an sich, ist eher schäbig und in die Jahre gekommen. Von außen blickte man direkt auf wirklich überfüllte Müllcontainer und eine abbröckelnde Fassade. Insgesamt war der Vorplatz auch vermüllt und wirkte ungepflegt. Unsere Autos konnten wir in kostenpflichtigen Parkbuchten ziemlich nah am Haus abstellen. Schade, dass es für Feriengäste keine Parkausweise gab. Die Ferienwohnung selbst war sehr spartanisch eingerichtet. Es gab drei verschieden große Schlafzimmer mit je zwei (bzw. einmal drei) Schlafmöglichkeiten. In dem kleinsten Zimmer, mit zwei Einzelbetten, war es unmöglich das Fenster zu öffnen. Zudem gab es eine Wohnküche, in der ein zusätzliches, sehr hartes Sofabett stand. Ebenfalls gab es ein Badezimmer, welches leider absolut nicht den Fotos in der Beschreibung entsprach. Es war schlichtweg sehr alt und auch nicht wirklich sauber. Wenigstens hatte man dort heißes Wasser zum Duschen und Waschen. Der Klositz war leider nicht fest und verrutschte jedesmal, wenn man sich darauf setzen wollte. Die Küche war ebenfalls sehr schmal ausgestattet. So kann man kaum für 9 Personen kochen. Außerdem gab es keine Spülmaschine, was für die hohe Anzahl an Gästen einfach eher ungenügend ist. Da es in der Küche kein warmes Wasser gab, musste kalt abgespült werden. Das Störendste war jedoch die Hellhörigkeit im gesamten Haus und die veranstalteten Parties, die weit bis nach 3 Uhr nachts andauerten und das in jeder unserer Nächte. Wir kommen nicht wieder!

Nicht wirklich schön

Wir waren vor Kurzem mit sieben Personen für drei Nächte in der Ferienwohnung "Flattering 18" in Berlin, gebucht über FeWo und um ehrlich zu sein: Mehr als drei Tage hätten wir dort auf keinen Fall aushalten können.Gleich zu Beginn das größte Ärgernis: Das elektronische Türschloss hat nicht richtig funktioniert. Wir standen mehrfach ratlos vor der Tür, weil sich das Schloss trotz korrekt eingegebenem Code einfach nicht öffnen ließ. Am letzten Tag wurde es dann völlig absurd: Das Schloss hat sich bei jeder Codeeingabe automatisch wieder verriegelt, wir konnten überhaupt nicht mehr in die Wohnung rein. Absolut inakzeptabel, vor allem, wenn man sich auf einen geregelten Ablauf verlässt.Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war insgesamt enttäuschend und völlig unzureichend. Für sieben Personen war nicht genug Geschirr vorhanden, geschweige denn kaum Kochutensilien oder andere Dinge, die man in einer Ferienwohnung erwarten würde. Dazu kam: Keine Spülmaschine. Das mag bei kleinen Wohnungen noch durchgehen, aber bei einer Unterkunft, die für bis zu neun Personen angeboten wird, ist das schlichtweg nicht zeitgemäß.Apropos „bis zu neun Personen“ – das wirkt fast schon wie ein schlechter Witz. Es gibt nur ein Badezimmer, was bei einer größeren Gruppe sofort zu Engpässen führt. Morgens war ständig Gedränge, Wartezeiten und Hektik – Erholung sieht definitiv anders aus.Die Rollos an allen Fenstern waren kaputt oder nicht funktionsfähig, was vor allem morgens nervt, wenn man gerne noch etwa
