Newly renovated, tastefully furnished holiday home just a stone's throw from MĂŒggelsee on a beautiful 1,200 sqm plot with an outdoor pool and mature pine trees. The quiet location on the outskirts of the city allows you to escape the typical hustle and bustle of the big city while still enjoying good transport links to Berlin's city center. The Rahnsdorf district is the easternmost district of Berlin and was originally founded as a fishing village between the MĂŒggelspree and MĂŒggelsee. Highlights included: Use of the outdoor pool upon request with the landlord Bed linens and towels (initial supply) Electricity and water Wi-Fi Activities nearby: Visit the old church in Rahnsdorf or take a trip to the climbing forest near Erkner. A public swimming area with a sauna, surfing, and sailing school is just 1.8 km away. Be sure to explore sights such as the KurfĂŒrstendamm, the TV Tower, and the Tiergarten park during your trips to Berlin's city center. Of course, you can also take part in various city tours. To round off the evening, Berlin offers a wide range of entertainment, including musicals, theater, and nightlife.

Erlebnisreiche Tage an der grĂŒnen Peripherie von Berlin
Unser Aufenthalt in der kleinen, gemĂŒtlichen FeWo am Rande Berlins war sehr erholsam. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Tolle Radwege und eine sehr gute ĂPNV-Anbindung trugen zu einem erlebnisreichen Urlaub bei.

Es handelt sich hierbei um ein wirklich schönes, stilvolles und sehr sinnig eingerichtetes HÀuschen. Alles passt und ist so wie man es braucht. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. War das beste Ferienhaus, in dem ich jemals war.

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr geschmackvoll und praktisch eingerichtet. Bushaltestellen vor TĂŒr ist ein Vorteil und nachts nicht störend.
Die Ausstattung des Hauses sollte konkretisiert werden

Das gesamte Haus ist sehr neuwertig und Ă€uĂerst geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Nichts wirkt zu viel oder zu karg. Hochwertige und funktionelle GerĂ€te. Sehr sehr freundliche und dezente Gastgeber trotz der unmittelbaren NĂ€he. ĂuĂerst entgegenkommend.
Lage zum Stadtinneren zwar suboptimal aber dafĂŒr in den Wald und See umso besser. Sehr empfehlenswert.

klein aber sehr sehr fein...!
Das kleine Ferienhaus ist in einer wunderschönen Gegend gelegen. Zum MĂŒggelsee ist es ein Katzensprung (3min mit dem Auto, 15min zu FuĂ) und der Bus hĂ€lt direkt vor dem GrundstĂŒck. In einer knappen Stunde ist man in der Mitte von Berlin und hat zwischendrin auf der Fahrt viel von den östlichen Vororten Berlins gesehen.
Das Ferienhaus selbst ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail und wirklich top ausgestattet (mehr braucht man nicht), und super sauber. Es ist quasi alles neu eingerichtet. Die PlatzverhÀltnisse im Schlafbereich sind knapp aber in Ordnung.
Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit bei allen Anliegen.
Einziges Manko ist, dass das Ferienhaus, oder besser -hĂ€uschen mitten im GrundstĂŒck der EigentĂŒmer und deren Haupthaus steht und man bei Nutzung der kleinen Terrasse nicht wirklich das (im Urlaub ab und zu mal notwendige) GefĂŒhl des FĂŒr-Sich-Seins bekommen kann. Das kann aber auch Ansichts-Sache sein und evtl. gehen andere Nutzer des Ferienhauses damit anders um.
