All I can say is that this is one of the best stays I have had in Berlin. I have stayed at so many other hotels in Berlin, but this one has topped my list. From the staff, to the price, location, to the room and amenities- excellent! Top notch!
We've stayed in this hotel while on a short trip to Berlin. It's a modern, very convenient, and welcoming hotel at great location. The only problem we experienced was the mobile phone reception in our room, but the free Wi-Fi fairly compensated for this inconvenience. Would definitely consider this hotel for our next visit to Berlin.
Great stay. Stayed for 2 weeks. Literally next door to Humboldt Univ. Perfect for seeing sites (many of which are walking distance or a few min away). Right next to the public transportation and lots of shops. Amazing location. And nice staff. Shower was incredible!
It was a very modern hotel compared to others we stayed at in Germany. The king suite with living room was very spacious. The room with triple beds was a bit on the small side. The hotel was located next to the public transportation, so it was perfect for us to sight see. Many restaurants near by.
My husband and I love this hotel. It is a big room, nicely decor, and breakfast is really good make sure you get breakfast included in your reservation. I also loved the shower, big head and good flow of water. If we ever come back from California, I would definitely stay at this hotel in a heart beat. The location could not be better. Just one train from the airport and you're there. Or just one bus to Tegel airport for about 4 Euros, so easy and pleasant ride.
Above and beyond. Stay here and yeah will not be disappointed. Loved it.
Enjoyed my stay in the hotel. The room is modern, spacious and clean. Service is impeccable. Staff friendly. Location optimal for a weekend get away!
All the modern amenities one is looking for, minutes from the train station and public transportation, excellent and helpful front desk staff.
Wonderful staff, always helpful. Location couldn't be better as it is one block from central U- and S-Bahn connections. (Don't worry though, quiet as can be.) Breakfast quiet pricey but lots of other places around
This hotel is amazing! It is very comfortable with nicely furnished, up to date rooms. The location is perfect, with the museums and other central Berlin sights within walking distance and the u-bahn and s-bahn stations across the street make it easy to access anywhere you want to, including San Souci and the East Side Gallery. The front desk staff provided excellent advise regarding the dining options nearby.
We stayed in this hotel for 2 days with friends.the room and the bathroom were both very clean and spacious. The breakfast was also perfect with all kind of foods for everybodys taste.hotel staff and the receptioners were very helpful when we asked anything about Berlin. The best thing is the location of the hotel. The hotel is next to one of the main station in Berlin where you can take all lines to the City center and Potsdam. I highly recomend this hotel to everyone as we will definetely choose Eurostar for our next stay.
This hotel is in a great location, literally a one minute walk from the Friedrichstrasse station, which puts you within easy reach of the rest of Berlin. The rooms are thoughtfully appointed, quiet, and luxurious, and the staff are polite and helpful. Free in-room WiFi is a big plus. Highly recommended.
Room is modern and clean. It is also quiet although it is close to U/S train station. walking distance to museums too. wonderful hotel. Only complain is the speakers in the bathroom are connected to the TV and do not know how to turn them off
Great location for doing business in Berlin. Not a 5 star hotel (like the Adlon etc.) but a very good hotel and excellent staff
The Hotel was very nice, staff very helpful, nice amenities -swimming pool, gym. The breakfast buffet had a lot of choice. Th last day we had to catch an early flight and we got a boxed breakfast. The best thing was the location - a lot of tourist attractions are at walking distance.
Checking in, I was told that my reservation had been cancelled ., despite the fact that I had received an e-mail a day before confirming my reservation. The clerk, named Francezska, was curt and insisted it was the fault of the travel site. We were given a room but it was not the triple that we had paid for. As we waited for the room to be ready, I showed the clerk my confirmatory e-mail. I never received an apology from the hotel which was the least they could have done. The room was clean and quiet. Maid service for towels was spotty. Some days we got enough and some days we didn't. Because of these events I would not return to this hotel.
This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in Berlin. The price was reasonable because it included a comprehensive breakfast and internet. The staff was incredible. Helpful in every way possible; directions, information. They speak English and Spanish extremely well. If amenities are included in the price then this is a great buy and stay.
Truly four or five star hotel in excellent location.
Nearly everything was perfect. The staff was extremely friendly, breakfast buffet was fantastic, and the location was very close to shopping, restaurants, and the train. The only two minor downsides was: 1) A bit difficult to find because the front door is not on the main street. 2) The train could be heard from our room. I'm a light sleeper and this never woke me, so please don't think it was loud in any way. I would highly recommend this hotel and would be very glad to stay there again! Oh...and for the price, you can't beat it!!!
Hotel is part of a Spanish Hotel Group. We were greeted by the friendly staff, mostly Spanish Origin, at the check-in. We were Given the necessary information, and then directed to our room. Room itself was very nicely decorated, bedding was an excellent quality. Both the size of the bed room and bath room were generous. Althought the hotel is almost across from the rail and subway stations, due to the design of it, we did not hear any outside noise. And we enjoyed each and every one of the five nights we stayed there. Although we were not there to shop, I looked to few stores at Frederick Strasse, all nice upscale stores, including the Gallerias La Fayette. We could walk, or take the public transportation to where ever we wanted to visit. I will recommend to purchase a "Berlin Welcome Card". It is good for unlimited transportation for the period you choose. "Card" offers discounts from participating merchants for various % offs. However our experience at one of the participating restaurant, the "Berliner Republica" was not good. We told them about the card, and they said fine. Yet when the bill came for about 40 Euros we realized they took only 25% off on a 3 euro soup. When I complained, the waiter kept saying it was the boss who told him to take 25% off on the least expensive item. Not only we were cheated, I also got sick from the food. I would stay away from the place. We had our Buffet breakfasts in the Hotel for 16 Euros. Well set up, choices were plenty, and it was enough for us till dinner. There are plenty good restaurants around, as well quick eateries, and grocery stores. We averaged about 40 Euros for two, for Dinner. I would highly recommend this hotel. A word of caution; if you are going to visit Berlin during the winter, do not go to the Zoo. At 18 Euros you only see about the 1/3 of the animal population due to cold weather.
