Obviously, you can stay somewhere in the center, but I prefer to stay off-center, not just because it's cheaper but because I like to see the non-touristy parts of a city, too. So this hotel satisfied my needs. It's in a residential part of Berlin, and if I'm on a holiday, I don't mind taking the public transport to get to to the more obvious points of interest, and see some parts of the non-touristy city, too, in the meanwhile. This is a hotel + hostel establishment, my friend and I stayed in the hotel part, and we had no complaints at all. The staff at the reception desk is nice, the room is good and clean, there are good restaurants nearby, and it's easy to get to a station from where you can reach the more central parts of the city.

Desperately needed somewhere for the night that was both affordable and not too hard to access from the city centre, this hotel was the obvious choice. Clean, small en-suite room with free toiletries and towels, perfect when you have no change of clothes as you have misplaced the bag you were travelling with elsewhere in the city! Cheers!

I was staying here one night with my friends and the room was really clean. Personal were very nice. If you are thinking staying in Berlin book this hotel. I recommend this hotel. We were enjoying our stay here.

When I booked this hotel I wasn't expecting to stay in a lap of luxury, but it nonetheless exceeded my expectations. I was struck by the cleanliness of the room, towels were left on the bed and the room was spotless. The staff were also quite helpful and nice to talk to while having a few beers at the bar after a hard day's walk around Berlin. The free wifi was also a surprising, but welcome perk. My only criticism would be the lack of air conditioning as it can get very hot in Berlin during the summer - our room wasn't overly warm but it could've been. If you don't mind getting two trains into the centre of Berlin each day, I would recommend this accommodation if you're on a budget or want to get away as cheaply as possible without having to stay in a hostel.

I stayed in this hotel with my friend for 2 nights at the start of the month at the very start of our interrailing trip around 8 cities - this hotel has been our favourite out of our bunch so far. The location is perfect, less than a 5 minute walk from Heidelberger Platz S-Bahn station, which allows both easy access to the city's main attractions and to the airport. Upon arrival staff were very friendly and helpful. The room itself was basic but very clean and comfortable, with a private sink area and a TV. It was incredibly warm, but that's mostly due to the season. Communal bathroom was very clean and pleasant unlike others we've came across. Overall, would definitely recommend. Particularly for travellers or people just wanting to do the city on a budget.

This is a very clean, modern yet simple hotel for budget minded guests. Terrific location with easy access to public transportation. Excellent breakfasts, full lounge, bi lingual reception made it a joy to ENJOY this undiscovered jewel.

Went to Berlin for a week with my partner to celebrate our birthdays, and we decided to stay at this hotel. We only wanted a hotel to sleep in and shower - as we wanted to eat and find entertainment in the city. This hotel was perfect! The staff were very friendly and accommodating, they even gave us some tips on places to visit in the city. All of the staff we spoke to were very fluent in English which meant we could easily ask them for anything we required. The room we stayed in was quite small, however it was very clean and had nice comfortable bedding. We shared communal toilets and showers with other guests, but these were also very clean and tidy and I had no issues, however if you prefer an en-suite these are also available. The hotel itself and lounge area are staffed 24/7, so if you're coming in late from a night in the city you can be sure there will be someone to greet you and ensure you're ok. The lounge itself is very nice, and we spent a few chilled out evenings there. The hotel itself is only a few minutes away from the nearest public transport (metro) however it's far away enough that you aren't bothered by any noise. We didn't try the breakfast personally however it was around 10 euros for a buffet style breakfast, which I feel is quite good. I would definitely stay at this hotel again, and would say that for a couple wanting to visit Berlin on a budget this is a brilliant hotel!

The economy room had all we needed. The floor toilet was nice and clean. The receptionists where friendly and helpful. Good prize for the room. We paid a small amount of money for leaving our luggage after our check out there (1,5 EUR for every luggage) which was okay, but they could have said it, when we asked the previous day. It's about 5-10 minutes to the trainstation. The breakfast was a little to expensive.

If you're travelling on a budget, or just don't want to overspend in accommodation, this could be your option. I managed to get a good deal through Expedia, but honestly if you book directly through their website you can get even better deals. Their check in time is not before 3pm we arrived a little bit earlier (around 1pm) and the rooms were not ready, but no worries you can leave your suitcases with them. If you are one of those travellers who gets extremely upset because you're not getting a free check in, I would advise you to book the room for one day before in case you plan arriving very early. This isn't a fancy hotel, nor is it in a central area, however the rooms were clean and the tube and trains are not too far from the hotel. Nearby there's a LIDL and an ALDI, so you can buy some snacks or breakfast for a reasonable price. All the staff I encountered was extremely nice and polite, the housekeeping staff were great too. Overall had a I great time and I might stay there again during a future trip.

Stayed here for two nights with my partner and found the hotel perfect for our trip! Great location near several train stations, so very easy to travel to the city centre within 15min. The staff wee also very kind. Room was small but very clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend, great value!
