This hotel is comfy and cosy. The only problems that I had was the beds which were very uncomfortable, very small shower and VERY RUDE female receptionist who could have improved the stay by being friendlier and more hospitable. The location is also terrible and you'll have trouble sleeping here because of the loud music that gets played by the restaurants and cafes at 2am in the morning.
We stayed at the hotel for three nights we have stayed in Berlin before and already knew it was a little far out from all the main attractions but has underground station around the corner. We wanted a hotel nearer to the Mercedes Benz stadium. The room was very spacious and clean. Shower cubicle was a bit small but on the plus side the shower is very powerful. We found the breakfast a little disappointing very little choices especially with hot foods. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is not the best but as I said there are excellent travel links to the attractions.
Stayed here with family in Decemeber. Went to the markets one day, came back with a bag of Christmas decorations in the room. Two expensive decorations worth €50. Left that afternoon to come back to the room again and the decorations were gone! Brought this up with management and they’d denied anyone took them. Chamber Maids denied even seeing them. No sympathy, just calling us liars. No apology or even an effort to help solve the issue. Management were helpful and rude. Hotel is in a nice location but don’t leave stuff in your room if you are leaving. Take valuables witn you.
We had a comfortable stay in Berlin. This hotel is on the southern outskirts of the main "city centre". As it was our last stop, we were confident taking the metro to different parts of the city. If you aren't comfortable, it would be better to stay closer to the main parts of the city. Otherwise, very easy to get everywhere. Many food options around, however Hermannplatz is a very busy. The first floor may need sound proof windows, as we were woken many times by sirens, loud groups and music. Staff were very helpful and accommodating to our early 3am departure. and room was clean. The breakfast was great. Really filling for a big day.
We got a great deal on four nights and couldn't beat the price, so we stayed here despite in not being super close to any sites. It wasn't a problem at all. It is just a one minute walk to the underground subway and got us everywhere in 20 to 30 minutes. Definitely worth saving the money to stay a little farther away! We got there at 12:30 in the morning and the worker checking us in didn't know any details on morning breakfast and seemed surprised that I asked for the wifi password and a second key (aren't these normal requests?) Our room was great though and was large and comfortable. The downside was the shower was small with just a curtain. Also we couldn't cool the room down. The a/c must have been turned off because it did nothing and we had to open our window often to try to cool it and release some humidity. Also the wifi was really slow. We pretty much were just in our room for sleeping and so it worked fine and was a great deal but nothing fancy.
This hotel was quite average. It seems old, The shower was tiny. The area did not feel overly safe. Not much choice to eat. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant
Very good service. Lovely Quiet Room. Great Location. Excellent Breakfast and very Friendly Staff.
I decide to book this hotel because they serve breakfast included, and I didnt regret. Clean rooms and excellent breakfast, morrning cooffe pays off a distance to town center. Nearby square are full of fruits and you can find exalant wurst on the market too.
The hotel is one of few in the good part of neukølln and I like the place. The staff was very friendly and the rooms clean. It is a little worn but I like the 90s decor. I will stay there again. The prices are very reasonable. There are som noise from traffic.
Last minute hotels.com - advertised at 145euros but adds almost 20euros taxes! Close to Ubahn but shady area, trash and graffiti. Did not feel safe to walk in the evening. Very (!) nice receptionist. Room and bathroom clean. Ridiculously small shower, curtain clings to you - and I am 120lbs.
