best location, in the park, personal zoo entrance, center of the city, good service, good rooms, good window view to the park , good for families, not very big hotel, try to come back in this hotel next time
Very good Hotel, member of Design Hotels family. Convenient location in a quiet quarter near the zoo. Excellent service, smiley staff, fresh and varied breakfast and very comfortable room. Next time I will try the SPA and the Gym! Perfect for a business trip.
stayed here with a group of girlfriends. Lovely rooms, excellent service and lively bar in the evening. Didn't eat there in the evening but breakfast was excellent. We hired the hotel bikes for the day,and the staff were very helpful in telling us which way to get to our destination.
We had an diner for 3 butit could had been better for a 1* michelin. Amuse bouche was served then entrée with Chipirones and truffles it was ok but nothing particular then Sole with leek..fish was good not enough salt and garniture was not too warm some items cold. The Spanish rizzoto with Carabinero was served with 1 shrimp! Dessert was nice and tasty.
The hotel is a bit away from everything but extremely calm and beautiful space when you are here. a quick taxi drive will take you anywhere in the city. i had the roomservice and it was delicous as so was the breakfast. i was there on business. i will surely come back also with my family.
this very welcoming boutique hotel is designed to a high standard with direct access to berlin zoo and close to the main shopping district and tiergarten the michelin star restaurant was equally exceptional
Our Emma loved the hotel, with the Tiergarten just across the street. . .lots of paths, trails, meadows, and other dogs. And the staff all are dog lovers. For people, the hotel is a gem. The staff is welcoming, helpful, and efficient. The breakfast is quite amazing, with very interesting dishes you do not see in other hotels (for example, chia pudding and spicy garbanzo beans). Our suite was roomy, with lots of cupboard space, desk space, and a roomy bed. We would definitely stay here again.
From the start this beautiful hotel delivered on our expectations. Nestled in the diplomatic quarter, this pill stone structure was heavy on design but also on hospitality. Our room was fantastic and overlooked the zoo full of its wild animals including ostrich and antelopes and kangaroos. We also had a beautiful view of the Berlin skyline. The staff here is absolutely fantastic and the food at the restaurant delicious. I hope to return again soon.
We stayed for a long weekend and thoroughly enjoyed our stay is this super hotel. It is full of quality in all areas. The room was well appointed and looking over the zoo was a real treat, looking out the window to see which of the animals were up early!! The area is a bit away from the museums and taxis in Berlin seem expensive but are very easy to get from the hotel. It is also easy to walk to some of the shopping streets. We would definitely stay here again.
loved the hotel , great staff, great service and excellent food , it was fantastic to have an entrance into the zoo. location was excellent for shopping, within walking distance . close to ka da we shopping centre which we enjoyed thoroughly.
