Average stay. Lights didnt work in room on arrival, loud noises from main road outside made it difficult to sleep and stay asleep. No basic toiletries in room and no water bottles were replaced during stay. All would be fine if staying in basic hotel but for an almost 600 euro hotel, Crown Plaza could do better

The rooms are clean with free WiFi and godd air conditioning. The rooms were quiet and modern with excellent shower facilities. Staff are friendly but not obsequious. Well positioned for shopping and easy travel to tourist attractions. Very child friendly too.
