Wonderful clean and conveniently located hotel. All the main must do sites were 15 minutes walk in one direction or the other with a close by underground station as well. Hotel was immaculate, rooms comfortable and modern and clam and welcoming social areas. Breakfast was good with choice for every dietary need. Reception staff were wonderful, friendly, helpful and patient. I will be returning!

What a GREAT hotel. We walked so much over our stay because the location is great. The breakfast choices at the buffet were fantastic, and the staff went over and above to make our stay comfortable. We had a wonderful corner suite with plenty of space for us all to relax in the evenings. HIGHLY recommend!

There is a man who works at this establishment who accused me and my friend of not being hotel guests when we were on our floor (which you need a key card to get up to). Overall the hotel is lovely but that singular experience left a bad taste in our mouths. This is more or less a warning for any women or people of color who are deciding to stay at this hotel.

Newly renovated, outstanding service from the front desk. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Good bar and lounge in the lobby with outdoor seating and happy hour (2 for 1 drinks) every day. The breakfast buffet was very good and had plenty of options including hot food like eggs, bacon, etc., lots of fresh fruit, a large assortment of breads, hot and cold cereals, and a cappuccino machine. However, if it isn't included in your room rate, it's pricey at 26E. I thought it was worth it! It was a 15-20 minute walk to many great attractions including Checkpoint Charlie, the opera house, Brandenburg Gate (maybe 20+ minutes for that one), etc. Front desk staff were outstanding.
