Our quiet and sunny 1 room apartment is located in the heart of Berlin - Schöneberg, directly on Nollendorfplatz. The apartment has a spacious living - bedroom, a separate kitchen, a bathroom with natural light and has been newly renovated in 2015. The apartment has a comfortable double bed. Fully equipped kitchen for 2 persons. TV with many cable programs, Wi-Fi, stereo, storage space for luggage and clothing. The apartment is centrally located with immediate proximity to the KurfĂŒrstendamm, Berlin's famous shopping street and promenade, with many restaurants and cafes in the immediate vicinity. Central city location with direct and fast accessibility to all Berlin destinations in West and East. A lockable parking lot can be used free of charge. A nice apartment for a nice holiday. You live in a perfect location between City-West and City-East. Ideally located in the interesting neighborhood between the KurfĂŒrstendamm and Potsdamer Platz. Numerous shopping opportunities, but also lively cultural, neighborhood and nightlife are right on the doorstep. Great location and all you need

We loved staying here. The apartment is clean and comfortable. The location was great for both walking the city and access to the U2 line. ArrivĂ©e autonome avec boĂźtes Ă  clĂ©s. Super appartement avec toutes les commoditĂ©s. Grand lit pour se reposer aprĂšs les soirĂ©es en Club 😅 Emplacement au top, depuis l’aĂ©roport un bus puis directement le mĂ©tro, il faut compter une petite heure. Sinon mĂ©tro U1,U2,U3,U7 Ă  proximitĂ©. Plein de resto et magasins Ă©galement aux alentours. Bref je recommande Un super sĂ©jour, encore merci.

Ruhige Lage mit guter Verbindung zu ÖPNV

Das Appartment ist groß genug, zentral gelegen und trotzdem ruhig weil es einen Blick auf den Hinterhof hat. Was uns nicht gefallen hat ist die Sauberkeit, es war nicht gut gereinigt, an verschiedenen Ecken waren Spinnweben. Das Bett mĂŒsste auch ausgetauscht werden, es ist ziemlich tief und die Matraze mĂŒsste auch ausgetauscht werden. Ansonsen war es sehr bequem, das Check-in und -out war einfach.

Ein voller Erfolg

Sehr schönes Urlaubsappartment, die Beschreibung des Vermieters traf voll zu. Sehr freundlicher und unkomplizierter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Die Wohnung liegt in einer Wohnstraße, Richtung Hinterhof, von daher sehr leise, und das mitten in Berlin. 1. Etage und mit Aufzug. Die Einrichtung ist zweckmĂ€ĂŸig und nach unserer Meinung völlig in Ordnung und ausreichend. Wir sind 60+, das nur als Hinweis auf vorangegangene Beurteilungen. In etwa 300 m Entfernung beginnt ein Abschnitt mit vielen Lokalen, Restaurants, Eisdielen, Weinstuben und FrĂŒhstĂŒcksmöglichkeiten mit Außengastro. Verkehrsberuhigte Zone. Bushaltestelle auch in etwa 200 m vorhanden, also sehr einfach vom Hbf erreichbar. Alles in allem eine voller Erfolg fĂŒr einen entspannten Berlinaufenthalt.

FĂŒr den Preis kann man in der zentralen Lage wohl nicht mehr verlangen.

Die Sitzgelegenheiten in der Wohnung, sowohl die KĂŒchenhocker als auch das Sofa sind fĂŒr Ă€ltere Personen schon eine Zumutung. Duschen in einer Badewanne ist auch nicht jedermanns Sache. in Punkt Sauberkeit haben wir andere AnsprĂŒche. Die sind vielleicht auch nicht normal. Aber sonst war der Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft ganz ok.

Zentrale Lage, ideal fĂŒr einen Kurzbesuch in Berlin

Das Appartment ist zweckmĂ€ĂŸig eingerichtet und liegt sehr gut, der nĂ€chste U-Bahnhof ist in 5 Minuten zu erreichen, die lebendige Goltzstraße und der Winterfeldtplatz mit dem schönen Markt gleich um die Ecke. Die Heitung in der Wohnung war etwas schwer zu dosieren und hat laut gerauscht. Sonst alles zur Zufriedenheit.

vriendelijk en schoon appartement

We werden vriendelijk ontvangen. Het appartement is goed gelegen en dicht bij bus en U Bahn. Vele restaurantjes in de buurt. Het appartement ziet er schoon uit. De matrassen waren dun en te hard. Het douche gordijn is te klein en zeer amateuristisch bevestigd. Uitglijden in het bad ,om te douchen, is snel gebeurd. De bank in de kamer ,is geen bank om op te zitten . De zitting is veelte diep. Een extra gemakkelijke stoel zou prettig zijn. Verder was al het nodige aanwezig en werkte goed en was schoon. Ook fijn dat er goede parkeer gelegenheid was.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden,alles sauber was wie wir finden sehr wichtig ist. Super Parklplatz. was etwas störend war,der Geruch der Shisha Bar,abends beim LĂŒften,da es sehr heiss war als wir dort waren.Aber dafĂŒr kann die Wohnung ja nichts.Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!!!
