The staff was really nice, but the area is far from the airport about 20 minute drive, there is nothing around the hotel, the room had some convenient features but the carpet had stains all over and the tv was jammed in the corner on a tiny table that was standing over the third bed which was dangerous and kept hitting it at night. The area was also noisy right next to a major road. Closed the windows and could still hear the cars.

business hotel - quiet at weekends, fantastic buffet breakfast at 13€, clean, great bathroom in a smallish room, european size beds, very good matrsses and wonderful german style bed sheets - loved it. Travelers from the US be aware you need digital proof of vaccination, CDC cards not accepted. Pharmacies may transscribe your CDC card but may not because vaccine batch data from the US cannot be recognized by the EU database. Better take care of that up front, they won‘t check you in without.
Hotel is far away from the airport (TXL) and is right next to a major highway - noise from passing vehicles all the time.
The housekeeper used the same sheets for 2 nights The waiter at the restaurant forgot my fiancée side salad and kept waiting and waiting cause he never checked on us till I had to get up + waited another 20 mins for the invoice after asking 2 waiters I called the reception at 7pm for bathroom tissue + a spoon that the room didn't have it but never received it They said there are free bikes and when I asked 2 consecutive days they say not available Very frustrating service Not worth the money you pay

Yes, our hotel is situated to the motorway B96 and we publish this everywhere. Our soundproofed windows are brand new. But you might have been disturbed anyway. We are sorry. We ofer as well rooms to the garden which are absoluletly qualm situated. We are situated 7 km to the airport and - as well - we publish this everywehre. Greetings from Berlin.
