Wonderful few days

The host was very responsive and helpful. The property was easy to utilize and had everything I needed. Photos online were accurate. Neighborhood has 3 grocery stores in walking dis and a couple parks as well. Away from the city center but still had restaurants etc nearby.

A real home from home

As soon as I walked in, I loved it. Paola was really helpful and patient with my limited German. Great location, with plenty of shops, eating places, open space, etc nearby. Easily accessible for tourist spots too. The apartment was clean, comfortable, spacious and tastefully decorated. I could have happily just moved in then and there!

Location Location Location!!!

You really can't beat thw location. Just 15min away by foot from the Bergmannstrasse, one of Berlin's coolest streets in my opinion.

Solid Apartment, better for longer stay

Solid apartment, very spacious, super clean and nicely outfitted. Neighborhood is safe but just not maybe as convenient as others - longer walk to S-Bahn station and close by bus route isn't very direct. Probably more ideal for a longer stay that my short 4-day vacation. Would be a nice place to use as a base for an extended work trip.

Great stay

The apartment is spacious, pretty, and clean. The neighorhood is very convenient, with S-bahn and U-bahn within walking distance. There are several grocery stores nearby (take your pick: Rewe, Aldi, Lidl) as well as cafes, restaurants, and shops. Viktoria-park is a relaxing place to stroll.

Easy stay

This is a very easy apartment to stay in. It's location is excellent, the kitchen was great, the bed comfortable. Only downside was that the wifi was a bit sluggish. But overall I recommend staying here. It's a good price for Berlin and a good place to stay.

Very comfortable apartment in great residential neighborhood

Massimo’s apartment is spacious, comfortable, quiet, and well-equipped. The apartment is in a quiet residential area, easy walking distance to grocery stores, the bike path, playgrounds, and and Viktoriapark in Kreuzberg. This is Massimo’s personal apartment, and is therefore has a full complement of dishes, cutlery, cooking appliances, cleaning supplies, and fast internet. There are 2 very comfortable beds (one in the bedroom and one pull-out bed). The windows are modern and do a good job of muffling any street noise. We got responses to all of our questions within minutes! Very highly recommended.

perfect spot in an incredible city

next to Viktoria Park and the cafe/shopping of nearby Bergmannstrasse it was so conveninent to Foot paths and public trans. do not miss the Berlin Teck Museum at 12 minute walk. Italian food directly across the street delicious!

Quiet, Quaint Property

Perfect for our needs. We walked to Schöneberg (Double Eye Coffee, Metropol Theater, Stagger Lee). Bäckerei Seitz and Malakeh restaurant nearby were also highlights. We took several lovely strolls through Park am Gleisdreieck to and from the museums and Staatsbibliothek on Potsdamer Platz. Inside the apartment, the decor is minimal, but the rooms are larger than they appear in the photos. Like most places in Germany, the pillows are flimsy and the bedding is just a duvet. There is a gas stove, and modest amount of cooking supplies. The laundry machine was easy to operate. The toilet has a weak flush. Taken on the whole, it was a very pleasant place to stay.

Great place to stay for first time in Berlin

As others have mentioned, this apartment is very clean. We also discovered it's very sound proofed; we didn't hear any noise from the street or our neighbors, other than when someone was closing their door in the hall, but that's just part of apartment living. Everything we needed was provided, and though the S-bahn/U-bahn stop isn't exactly close, it's makes for a nice 10 minute walk in the mornings to work off breakfast. There are 3 stores very close by and we were able to buy food and coffee at very reasonable prices. We were met at the front door on arrival by Paola and he was very gracious and helpful. He showed us around the apartment and then left us to our own devices, which was appreciated. We knew he was just a phone call away if we needed anything. We would highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Berlin. It's very reasonably priced, in a quiet neighborhood and is large by European standards, with plenty of room for 2 people. Thanks for making our first visit to Berlin so relaxing and enjoyable!

Great short stay in Berlin

The flat is larger than appears in the photos. Very clean and hassle free check in. Nearby to lots of great places to eat. Close bus stop giving access to S/U-Bahn. Definitely recommend for a short stay in Berlin.

It was comfortable, spacious and well-supplied! - there is even an elevator It was almost next door to my Granddaughter's flat on Elyauer St which allowed us much more time with her. Awesome, spacious, bright. Great neighborhood.

In the heart of Kreuzberg, this apartment is around the corner from a great cafe with a nice patio. Four grocery stores and restaurants within a ten minute walk and a rail trail that takes you straight to the U and S Bahn. The apartment has windows on two sides and has all the basics to make a stay comfortable.

Great location and neighborhood. Near restaurants, bakeries, Viktoria Park. Near transportion to Berlin Zoo and major shopping. Unit is VERY CLEAN. Kitchen is well stocked. Nice living room and small sunny terrace. Unit is bright. Large closets. Building has an elevator and is clean and well kept. But... shower is a handheld spray in large tub without shower curtain. Kitchen cabinets coming off hinges. Bed is only a low end mattress on a wood box. Hard on an older person’s back. I would recommend staying here, but would like to see owner attend to minor issues to make this unit a wonderful and comfortable space.

Everything about this apartment was perfect: location, cleanliness, spaciousness. The beds and chairs were comfortable, the building was quiet, the elevator was a bonus and the owners had thought of everything you might need to live, cook and sleep comfortably. Great location and homey feeling!

We had such a great time in Berlin! The apartment was comfortable, very well kept and in a great location. (The laundry was a plus too) In walking distance to a grocery store, bars and restaraunts and a super sweet park with goats and a waterfall. There was also an awesome cafe and ice cream shop right around the corner.
